S-Works introduce their latest merchandising product in the form of this race cap. The black and red coloured one-size-fits-all cap sports the S-Workz logo and featured a hook and loop strap for size adjustment.

Toy Fair 2012 – S-Workz

S-Workz are displaying their products again this year with the main focus on their S-350 BE-1. Based on their BK-1 gas buggy it retains the same front and rear ends with the centre fitted out to accept electrics. Claiming the be the narrowest chassis on a 1/8th scale buggy at 10cm near the rear of the car, it comes as a full pro kit with all the carbon and machined aluminium goodness you would expect from a high end kit. The car accepts two 2S packs standing on end at the rear of the car with the electronics at the front, all of which can be removed from the car with 7 screws. For current BK-1 owners there is a conversion kit to make the car brushless.

Spaniard Dani Bernabe joins S-Workz Europe

Spaniard Dani Bernabe joins S-Workz Europe

S-Workz have obtained the services of front running Spanish racer Dani Bernabe for 2012, who joins their European factory team. Dani said “I’m really glad to be driving S-Workz. I tested this buggy and in the first few laps the car felt fast right away. This buggy has exceptional balance and I’m anxious to begin the 2012 season.”

S-Workz S350 X-system transmission

S-Workz S350 X-system transmission

S-Workz have released their X-system transmission gear, which is the latest option part for their S350 series of buggies. Base on the same BK1 gearbox but with a special design to allow 3 bearings to securely hold the unit in place. The pinion gears are now directly connected with the centre shaft. The system uses longer lightened centre drive shafts.

SWorkz France have announced that Edouard Hugon has joined the SWorkz European Team. Hugon is well known in the European R/C scene will use the SWorkz S350 BK1 2012 for the new season and will be attending most of the major events throughout the year.

Thomas Mayr signs for SWorkz

Thomas Mayr signs for SWorkz

Current Austrian National Champion, young Thomas Mayr has signed to race for SWorkz. Following his first test with the S350 BK1 buggy, the former Mugen driver was very happy with his choice and looking forward to racing for the SWorkz International Team. His goals for 2012 is to defend his Austrian title, and do his best at the EC Warmup as well as the EC which will be held at Fehring in Austria which will be a home event for him.

S-Workz S350 BK1 2012 version

S-Workz S350 BK1 2012 version

S-Workz have announced that their S350 BK1 2012 version is now available. Based on the original car, the new kit now comes with the 4mm longer chassis and also 3mm longer chassis brace. This will give the new BK1 more steering and make it more stable. The 2012 kits will also include a new fuel tank cap system which features a double o-ring for more pressure for your engine system. The new chassis plate and brace can also be bought as a set to upgrade your current buggy.

S-Workz S350 BK1 springs & wheel nuts

S-Workz have released some new option parts for their S350 BK1 including springs and wheel nuts. The new option springs in blue and gold will provide your BK1 much softer suspension response. The new pro wheel nuts, sold in a set of 4, are CNC machined from aluminium with a cover to protect your wheel hub during a crash.
