New from Penguin Custom Bodyshells is this Dart body for the Cat L1 Evo. The L1 Evo Dart body is designed to compliment the Cougar LD2 kit shell. It keeps the car flat through corners and is designed for high grip, with aerodynamic flicks down the side directing airflow over the wing to the rear. Supplied clear and available in both standard 0.75mm and lightweight 0.5mm version, it includes window masks and Penguin decals.
JConcepts’ S2 body line up has been expanded to include the Schumacher Cat L1 Evo 4wd buggy. Slammed overall height allows the S2 to whisk through the turns with a low centre of mass while the progressive cab design provides plenty of front-end force for superior balance and steering. A channeled roof directs the flow through the centre of the body while also increasing the rigidity of cockpit. The dual side-window design that has become famous on the JConcepts bodies remains to bring a traditional feel to the layout. The upper side-pods feature distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body for those high-powered runs or hot days at the track. Carved and detailed side-pods edge the body giving the highly aero unit a stylish look with a tight fit and finish. Included with the clear body shell come two S-Type wings as well as window masks and a decal sheet.

Schumacher Racing would like to welcome young Italian star Riccardo Berton to the team. Riccardo is the current 1/8th European champion and Worlds A finalist. On his new deal he said ‘Big thank you to the Schumacher Family for the opportunity to race with their cars, I am really thankful and I look forward to do some of the most important races. See you soon’. Riccardo will continue with his Infinity program for 1/8th but joins them for his 1/10th racing. He will be competing at many large 1/10th events around the World as and when travel allows.

New from Mon-tech Racing is there two Stealth Off Road body shells for the Schumacher LD2. Developed in collaboration with Team Schumacher’s top driver Michal Orlowski, it comes in two versions, Stealth Carpet and Stealth Dirt. Both models have been developed to give maximum traction and steering in their respective conditions. Stealth Dirt offers incredible traction on low-grip terrain, while Stealth Carpet has an excellent corner entry, ideal for Carpet races. Both versions come lightweight and are made with top quality polycarbonate.

New for the Atom 2 GT12 from Schumacher is this spool set, incorporating single bolt fixing hex wheels. This Option Part is specifically designed for medium to high grip conditions and helps improves direction change, on-power steering and predictability in high grip conditions. Whilst being drastically lighter than the kit differential, this set offers a weight reduction compared to the Core RC 3 bolt option as well, and therefore improves acceleration. The new hex wheel design offers improved flexibility characteristics and performance while the single bolt fixing makes changing tyres faster, and maintenance is also greatly reduced compared to the differential. The weight saving of this option compared to a diff is 16.8g. This option part makes use of the new ‘Hex’ style Contact wheels with versions available with 35 and 40 shore as well as the 37 shore control tires.
From TMG Speed for the new Schumacher LD2 is this LiPo holder. Machined from high quality carbon fibre, this LiPo holder accepts all heights of packs and they are held in place with the included rubber o-rings. Its slotted mounting holes allow the pack, together with the holder, to be adjusted to the front or rear of the chassis to help better balance the car.

Schumacher have introduced the new Cactus Fusion 2 4wd front tyre. The Cactus Fusion 2 builds on the ultra successful Cactus Fusion and has a larger diameter, similar to that of a rear tyre and also has an improved fit to the wheel for easier gluing. On track they will be more forgiving on jump landings and in bumpy conditions. Available in yellow, blue and silver with pre-glued yellows on the popular Schumacher wheel.
