3DRC Project 4X & RC10F6 rear diffusors

German brand 3DRC has introduced new rear chassis diffusors for the Serpent Project 4X and Team Associated RC10F6 on-road kits. Starting with the touring car related part, the diffusor for the Project 4X is a direct replacement for the standard rear bumper and it will improve the rear end grip especially at higher speeds. The 3-D-printed part is of a heavy duty design to withstand even harsh impacts and while addition functionality and looks it also adds protection to the rear end.

Serpent SRX8 V2 aluminium uprights

Coming from Serpent and made for the SRX8 nitro and SRX8 electric buggies are the V2 aluminium rear uprights. The parts allow to utilise long or short arms and access all roll centre heights including high, medium high, medium low and low roll centre positions thanks to a set of composite inserts that can be rotated to achieve the desired setting. The hubs come machined from 7075-T6 aluminium for strength and they can be run with all SRX8 rear arms.

Serpent 4-shoe off-road clutch shoe set

Coming from Serpent and made for the S811 and SRX8 buggy is a 4-shoe clutch shoe kit. It contains two yellow material and two black 6061 aluminium shoes as well as suitable 0.95mm and 0.9mm springs and according to Serpent’s Billy Easton using the mix set will create a very soft and stable clutch feel with better overall feel, more drivability increased run time.

Serpent SRX8 anti-roll bar wires

Serpent have expanded their range of anti-roll bar wires for the SRX8 series nitro and electric buggies. Available are 2.2mm, 2.4mm, 2.6mm and 2.8mm front and rear swaybar wire all of which are made of high-quality steel. Engraved size markings make for easy identification of the wire size and all anti-roll bar wires are available separately.

Serpent SRX8 Evo aluminium centre dog bones

Coming from Serpent and made for the Cobra SRX8 Evo are aluminium centre dog bones. The lightweight driveshafts replace the standard spring steel shafts and are about 50 percent lighter for improved acceleration and braking. A black anodised surface makes for wear and looks and the parts are also usable on the standard SRX8 when used in combination with the optional #600936 spring steel driveshaft adaptors.

Serpent Cobra SRX8 Evo 1/8th nitro buggy kit

Coming very soon from Serpent is the new Cobra SRX8 Evo 1/8th scale nitro buggy kit. The Evo variant sports some subtle updates for improved performance and easier maintenance and it is based on a newly designed 3mm 7075-T6 aluminium chassis that features an optimised engine position and a grey coating. Also new are the 4.5mm 7075-T6 aluminium front and rear shock towers to which updated shocks attach. The latter can now be build as membrane or emulsion-type damper thanks to a dual system.

Serpent SPT T-shirts & cap

Serpent have announced their new Serpent Performance Team merchandise in the form of T-shirts and a cap. The shirt features the newly introduced SPT logo on the front, with additional space being given do add more sponsor logos if needed while the back is decorated with a Serpent Racing Team writing. The shirts are available in adult XS to 3XL sizes and they are made using a cotton/nylon mix fabric. As for the cap, the round bill hat sports the SPT logo and an additional writing on the bill and it is made of high-quality black cotton fabric.

Serpent Cobra GT suspension upgrade kit

Coming from Serpent is a suspension upgrade set for the Cobra GT 1/8th on-road cars. The set includes new carbon fibre shock towers with additional mounting positions for the shock absorbers and camber links as well as a third front body post, new aluminium front and rear shock extensions as well as front and rear aluminium shock standoffs. The parts will make for an updated suspension geometry that creates a more responsive car with better steering, improved balance and reduced tyre wear. Coming as set and also available separately the parts fit all Cobra GT range nitro and electric kits, race rollers and RTRs.
