Spec-R introduce a set of double joint driveshafts for the Xray T4 and the Spec-R R1, S1 and S2 kits. The driveshafts are made from high quality spring steel, they feature strong retaining clips for the cross pins and include a set of narrow inner ball bearings.

Spec-R have six new 20mm “big bore” spring for 1/10th touring cars available. Coming in fine steps from a soft 0.271kgf/mm to a hard 0.318kgf/mm the springs are meant to fit a wide range of today’s short TC shocks that make use of low-profile 20mm springs. Made from high-quality spring steel and sporting laser-etched markings for easy identification the springs are available separately or as a a complete set with all six pairs from soft to hard.

New from Spec-R come these branded industry standard LiPo battery safety bags. Available in red or black colour and coming with a printed Spec-R logo the bags are ideal when charging, discharging or storing 1S to 4S LiPo battery packs. They are made from fire-resistant fabric and minimise the harm to your pit table and surrounding areas in case a LiPo pack goes boom for whatever reason.

Spec-R introduce the new S2 sport or club-level touring car kit. Featuring a new narrow 2.5mm fibre glass chassis, the car also comes with a redesigned aluminium motor mount with centre support and an updated motor position that now is 2mm further in. Also the front and rear shock towers received an update as did the all-new HD gear differential. The S2 is rounded out by a central servo mount as seen on high-end TC kits.

Spec-R introduce hard suspension parts for the R1 1/10th electric touring car. Available now are a carbon fibre reinforced C-hub set, a front steering knuckle and rear hub set as well as a suspension arm set made from the same material. The parts are a direct replacement for the stock items and come in handy when running on high-bite tracks or in hot ambient temperatures as they tend to flex less resulting in a more precise feeling of the car.
Spec-R introduce these aluminium rear hubs for Xray’s XB4 line of buggies. The parts are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium and come with a hard-coated finish for durability and looks. The hubs are a direct fit on all XB4 buggies including the 4WD and 2WD variants.

Spec-R now have a graphite A-arm stiffener set for the Xray’s XB4 buggies available. Including a total of four carbon fibre plates to reinforce the front and rear suspension arms the set comes in handy when running the XB4 line of buggies on very high-bite tracks or in high ambient temperatures as using stiffer suspension arms results in a more precise handling especially in chicanes. Included with the set comes suitable mounting hardware.

Spec-R soon have two new aluminium option parts for Xray’s XB4 4WD buggy available in the form of an aluminium wing mount and servo brackets. Starting with the wing mount, the part is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium, comes black anodised and laser-etched with Spec-R logos. A carbon fibre mounting plate allows to place the wing in a forward and rearward position without the need to drill a second set of holes, while the plate also acts as a support plate prolonging the life of the high stressed plastic part. Also new are the 7075 aluminium servo mounting brackets. They come with a black anodising and allow for a more precise and durable servo mounting while also looking the part. The brackets come as pair and are a direct replacement for the stock plastic mounts.
