JConcepts B6 Fin 0mm offset spring cups

JConcepts have introduced the Fin 0mm offset spring cups for the Team Associated B6-series off-road buggies. The cups are a 0mm off-set which is a popular setting on the rear of the Team Associated B6 and B6D. The aluminium material comes anodised in either blue or black and provides a healthy footing for the hot new spring of choice or the trusty stock AE spring set. The cups feature a unique shock shaft path which helps lock the spring cup in position during hard crashes or collisions. Finishing the parts off is an etched off-set identification and JConcepts.net logo.

T-Works RC8B3 aluminium radio tray posts

T-Works have introduced aluminium radio tray posts for the Team Associated RC8B3 buggy. Machined from high-quality 7075-T6 material and coming black anodised and with silver chamfered edges for looks, the parts add rigidity and visual impact in the radio tray area of AE’s latest 1/8th buggy, with a set containing two posts.

RDRP B6 carbon fibre front bulkhead brace

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced their new carbon fibre front bulkhead brace that is designed to replace the standard aluminium part on the Team Associated B6 and B6D buggies. Although made for one of the more hidden places of the AE’s sixth generation buggy the brace adds some factory looks and feel while also being highly precise for improved inner hinge pin support.

Schelle B6 laydown motor plate & guard combo

Schelle B6 laydown motor plate & guard combo-1

Coming from Schelle Racing Innovations and made for the Team Associated B6 buggy with laydown gearbox is the new motor plate and guard combo set. The laydown motor plate allows to attach a 3-D-printed spur gear guard for extra protection as well as helping align the body on the chassis and prevent body rubs. The full round upper portion protects the spur gear with a round surface, and allows for a simple bolt-on spur guard which protects the gear from sucking in carpet fuzz or debris and helps keep everything in place. The motor plate is available in blue or black anodising and for all B6 laydown kits. Coming in December is also a Delrin guard for improved looks.

RDRP B6 carbon fibre steering stiffener

Coming from Revolution Design Racing Products and made for the Team Associated B6 series of 1/10th scale 2WD buggies is the a carbon fibre steering stiffener plate. The brace replaces the standard composite plastic part for a more sturdy and cooler looking item that not only adds visual impact but it also improves the overall stiffness of the steering assembly for increased steering authority in medium to very high bite surfaces. The steering stiffener is a direct replacement and it fits both the B6 and B6D.

RDRP B6-series titanium hinge pin set

Revolution Design Racing Product have introduced an 8-piece set of titanium suspension pins for Team Associated’s B6 and B6D buggy. The space age material makes for reduced weight and improved durability, resulting in improved overall weight while also preventing rust build-up that can occur when running in dusty and/or wet track conditions. The precision-machined suspension pins are made from high-quality Grade 5 titanium material and the 8-piece set includes all needed inner and outer suspension pins needed for a complete conversion. Also available are separate 2-piece front inner, 2-piece rear inner and a 4-piece front and rear outer hinge pin set.

Associated B6 +1 steering block arms & hard side rails

Coming from Team Associated are new +1 steering block arms and hard side rails for the B6 and B6D buggy. Starting with the steering block arms, the parts add more Ackermann, resulting in different, smoother steering characteristics. The plates are a direct fit and they are marked for easy identification. Also new are hard side rails for both the B6 and the B6D. Made from a stiffer material for less flex the rails are recommended for high-speed tracks or tracks with large jumps as they absorb harsh landing better than the standard rails.

Team Associated have introduced their new 2016 World theme merchandise. First up is the AE Worlds hat, a genuine Flexfit piece of black colour with the iconic retro AE logo. Made from a premium wool blend the classic shape hat also features a moisture-absorbent elastic sweatband, as well as a matching plastic snap and undervisor. Also new is the 2016 Worlds T-shirt. The full cotton shirt is sold in blue or black colour and it is available in S to 5XL sizes.
