Team Associated announce new ProSC 4x4 RTR kits

Team Associated have announced two new versions of the ProSC 4×4 Ready-To-Run truck. The #7063 ProSC 4×4 comes ready to run with many high performance features including the XP 2.4GHz radio system and a Reedy brushless power system. Additional features include sealed gear differentials front and rear, which are connected together with a tough aluminium drive shaft, as well as an adjustable centre slipper clutch to handle all of the Reedy brushless power. The bumps are managed by huge 16mm fluid-filled, coil-over shocks and aggressive, short-course racing tyres. The #7063C ProSC 4×4 LiPo Combo not only includes the standard features of the ProSC 4×4, but also the all-new Reedy 423-S Compact Balance Charger and a Reedy WolfPack LiPo 3300mAh 30C 7.4V battery are included as well.

New Team Associated setup & countertop mats

Team Associated’s countertop/setup mat has undergone a facelift with the new black design replacing the earlier blue version and a new Reedy-branded variant being also available. Being only available through rc10.com these 16″ x 20″ mats provide a protective surface for countertops and RC pit tables alike. Preventing stains from nitro fuel, shock oil, dirt and grime, these mats are a great way to protect working place surfaces and they also do good as an RC pit table setup board, providing a flat surface for pre-race checks of ride height and camber/toe.

Team Associated ProRally 4WD RTR LiPo Combo

Team Associated’s ProRally 1/10th scale ProRally 4WD RTR car is soon also available as LiPo Combo package. The ProRally 4WD RTR is a factory assembled all-wheel-drive RC car that features front and rear sealed gear differentials, a tough aluminium drive shaft, and an adjustable centre slipper clutch. The bumps are managed by four fluid-filled, adjustable, coil-over shocks and aggressive, all-terrain racing tyres mounted on rally-inspired hex drive wheels. A Reedy brushless 550-SL motor and a XP water-resistant speed controller, pre-soldered with high-current T-plug connectors, are also part of the package as is the XP 2.4GHz radio system. All of this comes topped off with your choice of two custom-finished Rockstar ProRally detailed bodies. In addition to that the new Reedy 423-S 35W Compact Balance Charger and Reedy WolfPack LiPo 3300mAh 30C 7.4V Battery are included as well in the LiPo Combo package.

JConcepts T5M titanium knurl tip front axles

Made for the Team Associated T5M are the new titanium knurl tip front axles from JConcepts. The design is based around a high-quality titanium construction, and a knurled axle tip for finger control and access. Finger control gives the mechanic a grippy place to rest a finger so the front tyre doesn’t rotate easily during changes making the process quicker and with less frustration. The design also eliminates screws and other items which are hard to inspect for issues which limit performance and add additional weight. The light-weight, free spinning design includes axle roll-pins to allow easy assembly of a necessary but (not included) clamping hex adaptor.

Team Associated Kashima-coated V2 Fox shocks

New from Team Associated come the Factory Team V2 Fox shock bodies with genuine Kashima coat. The shocks have the same attributes as the shock coat found on the buttery-smooth Fox Factory Series forks and shocks, providing extended life and silky-smooth shock action. The shock shafts use a screw to secure the piston and there are two coatings to choose from: TiN shafts for the longest life and Factory Team chrome shafts for the smoothest action. The pistons come machined for a precision fit and finish and their edges have large radiuses for the smoothest shock action. Also available are blanks for customising own piston hole combinations. The shock accessories are available in a range of different sizes to fit Team Associated’s 1/10 scale 2WD and 4WD electric buggies, as well as 1/10 scale 2WD electric trucks and short course vehicles.

Protoform PFRX 1/10th rallycross bodyshell

Protoform introduce the PFRX rallycross bodyshell for 1/10th scale rally kits and short course trucks. Sporting an oversized rally-style front grille, exaggerated fender flares and sport-compact sedan design the body is a direct fit on the Traxxas 1/10 Rally VXL and Team Associated ProRally, but will also fit short course trucks such as the Pro-Line PRO-2 SC. The body is produced in genuine heavy-duty .040″ Lexan material and includes a comprehensive decal sheet, add-on rear wing, beefy nylon wing mounting hardware, and paint-then-peel overspray film.

Exotek T5 & DEX210 Flite titanium front axles

Exotek have new Flite-series titanium front axles for the Team Associated T5 and the Team Durango DEX210 available. Starting with the Team Associated part, the precision machined front axles weigh in at only 5g a pair while stock axles are 11g meaning a significant reduction of rotational mass as well as unsprung weight. The axles are nearly as strong as steel and they come in a polished finish for added looks. Also new are titanium wheel axles for the Team Durango DEX210 buggy. Offering a 12mm hex and an offset design the shafts allow to use standard B5 front wheels. Like the T5 Flite axles they significantly reduce unsprung weight and rotational mass compared to steel axles and they come machined to an eye-catching finish.

MIP T5M Pucks Bi-Metal R-CVD drive system

MIP introduce the Pucks 17.5 Bi-Metal R-CVD drive system for the Team Associated T5M stadium truck. The design is unlike standard C-CVDs as it features a keyed joint made out of hardened alloy steel that connects to 7075 hard anodised aluminium. This feature allows to lighten up the drivetrain without sacrificing the durability that steel components offer. Also with the R-CVD design it couples the original wheel axle components with the MIP Bi-Metal bone to keep costs low and give the essentials to transfer over to MIP’s Pucks system. Included are also 7075 hard anodised aluminium outdrives and the necessary components to build an aluminium puck ball differential differential.
