Following their B74 Extra and Mid hole front shock towers, Bezerk from Australia now also introduced a standard front shock stay for Team Associated’s B74 buggy. The part matches the standard kit geometry, however an updated shape adds strength up top for improved reliability when the going gets tough. The shock tower is available in heavy duty 5.0mm or lightweight 4.0mm thickness.

TMG Speed have introduced their new 2.0mm carbon fibre upper decks for the Team Associated B74 buggy. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the top decks provide increased rigidity when running in high-grip track conditions, making the buggy easier to drive. The front and rear upper deck can be used together or separately, allowing to adjust overall chassis flex to your liking.

Darkside Designs have introduced new carbon fibre option parts for the Team Associated B74 buggy. First up is an O-ring battery hold down that features a carbon fibre battery locator cut from 3mm high-quality carbon fibre. An O-ring battery retainer ensures quick battery swaps and less influence on chassis tweak. Using the hold down system requires cutting the battery strap posts to the low pro location or lower depending on pack thickness.
Coming from T-Works and made for the Team Associated RC8T3.1 1/8th scale nitro truggy is a carbon fibre fuel tank guard. Tailor-made to fit the truck’s fuel tank the guard provides added protection against heat, debris and more. The guard is cut from high-quality carbon fibre and it comes including mounting hardware.

Coming from JConcepts is the Aero front scoop for the Team Associated B74 buggy. The lower front wing, or scoop, is an option to the 4WD vehicles that has shown to produce enhanced steering characteristics in large sweeping sections and that can help with jumping attitude in the tricky track sections. The package includes two lower front wings on the same mold to give the user multiple parts in the same package. The front wing can be painted, left clear or frosted for the desired look, fit and finish.

Bezerk RC have announced the release of a new option part for the Team Associated B6.1 2WD buggy in the form of a battery hook system. Made from glossy 2.5mm carbon fibre, these hooks offer secure fore and aft adjustment of the LiPo shorty battery pack. Unlike slotted systems that can slide forward in a crash, these stay secure with a range of different positions including flipping them over to get the full range of adjustment. An O-ring holds the pack in place secure enough to keep it in place but also flexible enough to allow for the chassis to flex underneath. The O-ring hooks are centrally located to the battery hooks, so the retaining ring is always centrally located to the battery pack.

Rebellion-RC have released more teaser images of their forthcoming mid motor conversion kits for the Xray T4, Yokomo BD9 and BD8 as well as the Team Associated TC7.2. The kits centre around the patent pending sliding motor mount design that allows gear mesh adjustment through the chassis bottom, with the narrow design of the whole assembly ensuring the overall motor and battery width remains the same as in the standard cars, creating a very centralised weight distribution and less unwanted chassis roll compared to current mid motor conversions. In addition the design makes for an ultra low centre of gravity while allowing integrated flex settings. The sliding design also ensures a very wide gear mesh adjustment range, fitting up to 48T pinion and 114T main gears, making the conversion ideal for both stock and modified racing alike. Other features include a highest quality PA12 material 3-D-printed diff pulley that is precision CNC-milled for a perfect finish, a precision-machined stainless steel main shaft as well as the possibility to combine all three aluminium colour options of black, orange and natural with Rebellion-RC’s full range of carbon fibre twill colours. Not to be forgotten is a floating motor fan mount that attaches to the motor mount and that ensures lower motor temperatures while not disturbing natural chassis flex. Included with the kits, that are completely made in Austria, also come high-quality Bando Kevlar belts as well as all needed screws and bearings. Schelle Racing Innovations have announced the release of their new Duo carbon fibre wing buttons for 1/10th Team Associated and 1/8th Team Associated and Mugen kits. The 1/10th scale variant is machined from 2.5mm carbon and features flush countersunk mounting positions for the wing screws. It ensures a tighter and more secure wing mounting while also acting as a jig to pre-drip wings. The button fits B6.1, B74, B6 series, B64 or B64D and basically all recent Associated 10th scales. As for the larger brother, the Duo wing button for the Team Associated RC8B3.1 and Mugen MBX8 vehicles, the part is machined from 2.5mm carbon fibre for cool looks, a light weight and exceptional stability.
