Team Bomber on-road tyre glueing bands

Japanese company Team Bomber have introduced their new tyre glueing bands for 1/10th and 1/12th on-road tyres. The rubber bands help to put the right amount of pressure on the tyre during mounting and glueing, ensuring high-quality and reliable bonding of tyre and rim. The purple colour bands come in packs of ten and they are available now.

Team Bomber YRX-12 chassis conversion kit

Team Bomber from Japan have introduced their limited edition TB-YR12X aluminium chassis conversion kit for the Yokomo YRX-12 1/12th scale pan car. Designed for the use on high-grip carpet and asphalt, the set includes a black anodised aluminium chassis with machined silver edge details, an aluminium rear lower pod plate as well as aluminium lower front arm mounts, a floating carbon fibre servo mount, multi-piece high-volume side dampers as well as a matching carbon fibre upper pod plate and lower chassis brace.

Team Bomber YRX12 aluminium chassis – Coming soon

Japanese company Team Bomber have released a first image of what is understood to be their forthcoming aluminium main chassis and lower pod plate for the Yokomo YRX12 1/12th scale pan car. The plate differs in many ways from Yokomo’s original part with the Team Bomber chassis offering additional milled sections under the front arm mounts, the steering, electronics and battery area in order to fine-tune the flex characteristics. Team Bomber Type Ketter 1/12th scale pan car bodyshell

Japanese company Team Bomber have introduced the Type Ketter bodyshell for 1/12th scale pan cars. Designed to offer a sharp low-speed handling the body received a new nose section and front fender design for improved rotation while the cabin design and rear end shape still allow for good balance and rear traction when needed. The body is available moulded from lightweight 0.5mm polycarbonate and including window masks.

Team Bomber YR12X carbon fibre chassis conversion

Japanese company Team Bomber have introduced the YR12X carbon fibre chassis conversion kit for the Yokomo YRX12 1/12th scale pan car. Made from a special carbon fibre material the main chassis plate will greatly increase the handling and straight line stability of the car. The chassis is available as a complete set including the upper floating servo mount plate and mounting hardware, but the chassis and servo plate are also available separately.

Team Bomber YRX12 high-capacity V2 side dampers

Japanese company Team Bomber has introduced the high-capacity V2 side tube damper conversion kit for Yokomo’s YRX12 pan car. Designed to replace the somewhat small friction units on Yokomo’s latest 1/12th pan car, the set includes new high-capacity dampers that not only offer an increased load capacity for improved high-speed and corner handling but they also reduce maintenance time as they need less frequent rebuilding. Included with the conversion also come updated carbon fibre braces as well as mounting hardware.

Team Bomber tease US-style YRX12 front end

Japanese company Team Bomber have released a first teaser image of their “US-style” front end for the Yokomo YRX12 pan car. Designed to replace the somewhat unique double shock front suspension with a standard reactive castor assembly the prototype of the conversion uses plastics similar to the ones Morotech is currently campaigning.
