Exotek TLR 22 & B6/B64 titanium driveshaft accessories

Exotek have released a range of titanium driveshaft accessories for the TLR 22 and Team Associated B6/B64 buggies. First up are lightweight Ti6 titanium rear axle shafts for the TLR 22 series of cars. Coming from Exotek’s Flite series of lightweight parts, the shafts are machined with a tighter tolerance for less bearing slop than the stock axles and about 50 percent weight saving compared to the stock steel axles. They are best suited for stock classes for reduced rotational mass and weight needed in the hot 17.5 classes as they are not suggested for modified use. The axles work with the stock or MIP bones.

Pro-Line 5ive-B Elite body shell

Pro-Line have introduced the pre-cut Elite body shell for the Losi 5ive-B large scale race buggy. The body features an aggressive cab-forward design that drastically improves steering on the buggy so it can turn faster laps. The overall Elite body styling is based on Pro-Line’s latest 1/10th scale buggy race bodies, which look great and give enhanced performance. The body comes pre-cut to save tons of time and the front of the body tucks behind the side guards to increase durability over the stock body. Large optional vent holes are designed into the body to provide extra cooling and the rear fin adds side stability in high speed corners. 2 optional nose pieces are included: standard and front wing style.

RCSS 3×1.4+1.0 Next Level tapered shock pistons

Coming from RC Speed Secrets and available for the 12mm 1/10th scale big bore shocks of Team Associated and Team Losi Racing are the Next Level 3×1.4+1.0 tapered Cheater shock pistons. The pistons are CNC-machined from high-quality material for a perfect fit, offer three larger 1.4mm and one smaller 1.0mm hole and their tapered shape allows for faster action than a standard flat piston, making it a “tweener tuning option” between the feel of the Flat 1.5 and 1.4 Cheater pistons. The parts are available for the 12mm big bore shocks of AE and TLR and they come in sets of two.

TLR 22T 4.0 Race Kit 2WD stadium truck

TLR have introduced the 4.0 version of their successful 22T 1/10th 2WD stadium truck. It features some drastic improvements including a mid-motor laydown transmission, a reversible rear shock tower for forward and rear shock mounting as well as a new body shell that supports the new rear shock tower option. As for the new gearbox configuration, the laydown design shifts the motor forward by 20mm which results in a truck that stays much flatter and drives more consistent while the included HDS slipper makes for more consistent drivetrain performance. On the suspension side of things the 4.0 relies on aluminium plate rear hubs for easy roll centre adjustments, while the new rear shock tower allows to run the shock in front of the rear A-arms on higher grip surfaces while the rear position is better on lower grip tracks. Other features include a 7075-T6 aluminium chassis, transverse battery mounting, adjustable toe and anti-squat, as well as a fully updated ball differential. The kit is rounded out by a new motor fan mount and a new body shell.
