New from Vision Racing for the B6.3, T6.2 and SC6.2 is a carbon fibre motor plate as well as hinge pin brace. Direct replacements for the stock metal parts, they offer a lightweight alternative that also looks slick. VRP also now offer these two new front and rear carbon fibre wing braces for lightweight support of the wing in the event of a crash.

VRP have done up a carbon fibre fuel tank guard for the HB Racing D819 buggy. The guard will keep the pipe from ever burning into the fuel tank as well as keeping the tank from absorbing excess heat from the engine’s exhaust pipe. Easily bolts right onto the upper two screw holes on the side of the tank. The guard is cut from 1mm carbon fibre in house at VRP in Houston, Texas.

Vision Racing Products have announced the release of their new V3 carbon fibre rear shock tower for the HB Racing D819 and E819 buggies. The tower features new shock mounting holes that are mid spaced, the newest mounting positions being ran on the HB buggies. Another feature added to the V3 tower is the wing mounting holes. There are sets of holes that allow to use the stock HB Racing wing mount in the stock locations as well as move them up, or use the MBX8 wing mount for a finer wing height adjustment.

Available as Black Flat and EU version white variants, the pistons come complete with the transition valve pre-installed. The rebound booster hole has been precision drilled to the exact size VRP’s testing found to be the best all around setting. This yields excellent results that are proven on a variety of track surfaces; from rough, blown out tracks, to smooth, indoor clay. The difference between the Black Flat and the EU White pistons is the return rate. The return hole in the EU is smaller then the Black and gives less rebound. This matches up better for higher grip surfaces like carpet and turf. The pistons are available as 2-hole 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7 standard and “EU Version” variants from now on.

Vision Racing Products have released first images of their forthcoming new motor mount chassis stiffener for the Agama A319 buggy. Made from 7075 aluminium, coming black anodised and re-machined for looks, the stiffener brace incorporates the outer engine mount and a stiffener brace to reinforce the flywheel area of the chassis, which can be beneficial when running on very bumpy tracks or landing huge jumps as the brace ensures constant gear mesh while keeping away the clutch screw from the fuel tank. In addition prolonging brace can keep the chassis from permanently bending in the highly machined engine and flywheel area.

New from Vision Racing Products are their universal diff tray and diff stand. Made from American-grade 7075 aluminium, the trays have been re-designed from VRP’s previous diff service trays that were made for specific brands of vehicles. The new tools feature four small 3mm set screws on the side that allow to adjust the fitment of the vehicle’s outdrives. This unique feature insures that while servicing the diffs, they will not tip over. The USA-made trays are available in black anodised with silver re-opted edges.
