British electric 1:10 offroad specialist manufacturer Willspeed has released its new Low Drag Rear Wing. Vaccum formed from 1mm polycarbonate it is intended as a durable, stylish and affordable 1:10 Buggy Wing. With a different rear profile and less rake angle than the standard version, the design features the Willspeed logo formed into back face. Following the announced of their new RF3 conversion kit for the TLR 22 5.0, Willspeed has given more details on the newly designed body shell for its latest buggy creation. The ‘Raven’ exclusively designed for the RF3, features a super low profile, reduced screen angle and altered cab position compared to the RF2. The new body in both a standard and lightweight version.

Willspeed have produced their RF2 conversion for the Schumacher Cougar LD2. The conversion platform was designed and manufactured by engineers and racers alike for the true ultimate in performance on medium to high traction surfaces. The RF2 design focuses on moving the weight bias forwards by utilising a 5 gear transmission which allows the motor position to be moved further forwards creating a smaller located area of main mass which aids to control weight transfer. The billet aluminium tub chassis is the ultimate in chassis design, the centre of gravity is super low, the chassis has no additional guards or stiffeners removing unwanted tweak and is self integrally stiff. The aluminium selected for its natural dampening properties this not only allows for an incredibly agile platform its also super predictable. The end result, a platform that not only loves corner speed but it is also dependable and predictable lap after lap making going fast, easy.

For the Team Associated B6 series of cars Willspeed introduces an additional TakeOne HRC machined aluminium front bulkhead, this time in 20°. This front bulkhead raises the hinge pin 1mm closer to the chassis, raising the roll centre. The result is more steering response and overall steering throughout the corner and is a great option for all track and surface conditions. Lightweight at only 8.5g, this keeps the steering input feel immediate and agile. Supplied with new hinge pin brace to suit geometry change they are available now in clear, blue or black anodised finishes.

For the AE B6.1, B6.2 & B6.3, Willspeed have produced this one-piece LP carbon shock tower. This is an updated shock tower as a result of ongoing development of the RF2 platform and offers increased structural rigidity by connecting the shock tower ears. The LP tower features -3mm shock location to lower the centre of gravity and decrease shock up-travel, increasing droop.

New from Willspeed is their TakeTwo AE B6 series front ball stud mount. The front link positions have been lowered by 2mm (-2mm) to allow for lowered inside link mounting to increase initial roll, gain steering and allow further setup options. Intuitively designed to keep weight to a minimum with the complete part weighing in at 16g, only a 4 gram increase over the stock plastic component. Features WS logo on the front face and available in clear, blue and black anodised finishes to suit all manor of builds.
