Marka Racing T4/T3 & CSO One outdrives & fan mount

Marka Racing have a bunch of new option parts for Xray’s T4 and T3 platform as well as the CSO One available. First up are axle driveshaft adapters made from 7075-T6 Ergal material. Designed for the use with blade driveshafts the parts offer a lower weight compared to the stock adapters and they are available in orange and black anodising. The parts are compatible with Xray T4/T3 and CSO One V2/V3 cars and also fit Team C as well as Spec-R kits.

Updated Xray X10 World GT pan car coming soon

Xray have released a teaser image for their forthcoming (updated) 2015 X10 World GT pan car kit. The current X10 Link, with its slotted and relatively wide main chassis, was designed around the use of NiMH cells so our guess is that the 2014 Spec car will at least see a plain chassis, possibly designed around the use of shorty or 1S LiPo packs with a focus on an in-line mounted speed controller. With the above being purely speculation all we can do is to sit and wait until Xray makes an official announcement with images and definite features and specifications.

JConcepts XB4 front & rear 12mm clamping hex

JConcepts introduce front and rear 12mm clamping hex adapters for the Xray XB4 buggy. The hex adapters are precision machined from aluminium, come blue anodised and feature a clamping style design that combine durability and functionality. The front adaptors can be used with any Kyosho ZX5/ZX6 specification 12mm hex front wheel while the rears use industry standard 12mm hex B44/TLR/B5 specification rear wheels.

Makra Racing Xray T3/T4 aluminium fan mount

Marka Racing introduce this aluminium cooling fan mount for the Xray T3 and T4. Designed in co-operation with the Italian driver Marco Puleo, the bracket is made from Ergal 7075 aluminium and designed to be installed both in front or behind the motor using only one screw, thus avoiding any kind of interference with the chassis’ flexibility. The mount accepts virtually all common 25mm, 30mm, 35mm and 40mm fans.

Xray Active Rear Suspension – Teaser

Today Xray released a teaser for their forthcoming Active Rear Suspension system called ARS. Being in final testing stages, the system basically makes use of front steering knuckles on the rear suspension in order to make for step-less toe-in adjustment and to fine-tune the toe-in change on suspension compression to achieve another setup option. Exotek XB4 aluminium steering crank set

New from Exotek and made for the XB4 line of buggies is this steering bellcrank set. The set alters the steering link angle so that it matches the servo horn angle for equal left to right steering throw. The cranks also eliminate the servo saver assembly for exact steering input and straighter buggy tracking lap after lap. The crank set is available in orange or black colour and actually 0.8 gram lighter than the stock crank set as well so it will not alter the buggy’s weight bias.

Spec-R XB4 series aluminium rear hubs

Spec-R introduce these aluminium rear hubs for Xray’s XB4 line of buggies. The parts are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium and come with a hard-coated finish for durability and looks. The hubs are a direct fit on all XB4 buggies including the 4WD and 2WD variants.

Spec-R XB4 graphite A-arm stiffeners

Spec-R now have a graphite A-arm stiffener set for the Xray’s XB4 buggies available. Including a total of four carbon fibre plates to reinforce the front and rear suspension arms the set comes in handy when running the XB4 line of buggies on very high-bite tracks or in high ambient temperatures as using stiffer suspension arms results in a more precise handling especially in chicanes. Included with the set comes suitable mounting hardware.
