Smokem T4V7 conversion kit

Smokem T4V7 conversion kit

Smokem Racing introduce the T4V7 conversion kit for the Xray T4 and T4’14. Building on the experience gained with the 417V7 kit the conversion features layshaft bulkheads that are 1mm lower than the equivalent part from Xray. Used in conjunction with the conversion’s included centre post, this 1mm clearance enhances the flex characteristics of the chassis assembly without the need to raise the upper deck with shims; which may induce tweak. Smokem has also optimised the top deck by eliminating the slit at the centre post mounting point, while the centre post design reduces belt rub compared to the equivalent Xray post.
