New from Xray is this frame containing composite parts, except pistons, for two short Xray shock absorbers. These new shock parts feature the upper shock cap with a hole which allows for faster, easier and more comfortable shocks rebound adjustment. Fits all Xray electric and nitro touring shocks.

Xray is proud to announce that former European Champion Dirk Wischnewski re-joins team Xray for 2011. The German driver had this to say about the new deal:
After 3 successful years with Team Xray I’m happy that we continue our partnership in the future. In the upcoming season I will race not only the 1/10 nitro touring with the Xray NT1 but also I will compete in the German 1/8 On-road Championship with the brand new Xray RX8. My main goal for the upcoming 1/10 nitro touring racing session is to win the European Championship title again, this time in my home country. Xray have announced the re-signing of German driver Eric Dankel. A three-time German National Champion, Eric is a very versatile all round driver, winning those titles in both electric and gas sedan. Eric had this to say:

Adding to the list of rear anti-roll bar wires of different thickness already available for fine-tuning the setup of your XB808, Xray have released a 2.3mm and 2.5mm version. These anti-roll bars are manually manufactured in-house from premium heat-treated spring steel wire using precision bending machines that ensure equal side angles. Manually measured, selected, and straightened to eliminate all tweak.

Some more driver news from Xray who have announced the re-signing of Jason Branham. Last year’s RC Pro Buggy National Champion had this to say about the contract renewal:

Xray have announced the re-signing of front running US racer Josh Wheeler. Josh, who was the highest placed Xray at the World Championship in Pattaya, qualifying in 16th place, had this to say about the deal:

I am privileged to be a part of their program and look forward to representing them at the races. Following on from yesterday’s driver announcement from Xray, the Slovakian company have also confirmed that Teemu Leino will stay on their team through to the end of 2011. The Finnish driver had this to say:
Since the end of 2006 I have been racing with Xray products and will continue race them during the 2011 season. I have been happy with the quality of the Xray products and support what they have given me. Non-stop R&D work makes the Xray cars to be in top performance all the time in all categories.
