Xray XB2 series wide front roll centre holder

Xray have announced the release of their new wide front roll centre holder for the XB2 and XT2 2WD off-road kits. The wider design moves the front upper camber link positions more towards the outside which improves strength and reliability while making the handling more precise and forgiving. The holder incorporates a mount for an anti-roll bar wire and it is machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and comes black anodised for surface protection and looks.

LCG Racing tease SFX premium conversion kits

LCG Racing have released a first teaser for their forthcoming all-new SFX premium conversion kits for the Yokomo BD10 and Xray T4’20 mid-motor touring car kits. No official details are available yet but we bring you more updates as they surface.

Bittydesign Vision XB8E 2020 body shell

Following last week’s introduction of the Vision body shell for the Xray XB8 2020 nitro buggy, Bittydesign from Italy now also present a dedicated variant for the XB8E 2020 E-Buggy. Sporting the same sleek and futuristic design, the body will support the buggy’s performance by offering improved aerodynamics, stability and a cool new look. Precision pre-cut to make for swift and easy preparation of a new body, the lid come clear and it includes window masks and a decal sheet.

T-Works T4’20 8.5g tungsten balance weight

Coming from T-Works and made for the Xray T4’20 mid motor touring car is a 8.5g tungsten balance weight. The use of the heavy material allows for a low profile design while still adding a good amount of weight compared to brass weights with the adhesive backside ensuring easy mounting of the weight in the under-motor pocket of the chassis. The weight comes laser-engraved for easy identification and it is understood to be usable with both aluminium and carbon fibre chassis.

T-Works XB4/22X-4 IFMAR legal disc wheels

T-Works have introduced their new IMFAR legal dish rims for the Xray XB4 and TLR 22X-4 4WD buggies. The disc-style wheels are of the correct offset for both the Xray and TLR buggy and they are usable with all standard 2.2” buggy tyres. They are available as pairs or 8-piece value packs for the front or rear and in white or yellow colour.

RC-Cox T4’20 0 degree aluminium rear hubs

Coming from RC-Cox and made for ARS-converted Xray T4’20 touring cars is a 0 degree aluminium rear C-hub set. The kit includes machined 7075 aluminium C-hubs that are specially machined for a low weight and high rigidity, ensuring precision and increased traction. The hubs include kingpin bushings and they come black anodised and sporting with laser-engraved logos.

Xray GTX8 150cc carbon fibre fuel tank guard

Coming from Xray and made for the 150cc fuel tank of the GTX8 1/8th nitro GT kit is a carbon fibre guard set. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the guard protects the fuel tank from heat, ensuring more consistent engine performance and less tank swelling which can lead to problems during tech inspection due a to too fuel system volume. In addition the strong graphite material adds protection agains stones and debris. Included the carbon fibre guard comes mounting hardware.

Bittydesign Vision XB8 buggy body shell

The latest vehicle to receive Bittydesign’s Vision body shell treatment is Xray’s popular XB8’20 1/8th scale buggy. The lid’s design will offer an easier to drive and more balanced feeling thanks to a futuristic cabin, side pod and rear side flaps shape that optimises the aerodynamic characteristics. In addition a flap behind the engine area guides the air towards the rear wing for a smoother and more directed airflow around the shock tower and lower wing mount. The body comes moulded from high-quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate and precision laser pre-cut to fit the XB8 2020 specification kit. The package is rounded out by a pre-cut decal sheet as well as window masks.
