T-Works T4’20 8.5g tungsten balance weight

Coming from T-Works and made for the Xray T4’20 mid motor touring car is a 8.5g tungsten balance weight. The use of the heavy material allows for a low profile design while still adding a good amount of weight compared to brass weights with the adhesive backside ensuring easy mounting of the weight in the under-motor pocket of the chassis. The weight comes laser-engraved for easy identification and it is understood to be usable with both aluminium and carbon fibre chassis.

T-Works XB4/22X-4 IFMAR legal disc wheels

T-Works have introduced their new IMFAR legal dish rims for the Xray XB4 and TLR 22X-4 4WD buggies. The disc-style wheels are of the correct offset for both the Xray and TLR buggy and they are usable with all standard 2.2” buggy tyres. They are available as pairs or 8-piece value packs for the front or rear and in white or yellow colour.

RC-Cox T4’20 0 degree aluminium rear hubs

Coming from RC-Cox and made for ARS-converted Xray T4’20 touring cars is a 0 degree aluminium rear C-hub set. The kit includes machined 7075 aluminium C-hubs that are specially machined for a low weight and high rigidity, ensuring precision and increased traction. The hubs include kingpin bushings and they come black anodised and sporting with laser-engraved logos.

Xray GTX8 150cc carbon fibre fuel tank guard

Coming from Xray and made for the 150cc fuel tank of the GTX8 1/8th nitro GT kit is a carbon fibre guard set. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the guard protects the fuel tank from heat, ensuring more consistent engine performance and less tank swelling which can lead to problems during tech inspection due a to too fuel system volume. In addition the strong graphite material adds protection agains stones and debris. Included the carbon fibre guard comes mounting hardware.

Bittydesign Vision XB8 buggy body shell

The latest vehicle to receive Bittydesign’s Vision body shell treatment is Xray’s popular XB8’20 1/8th scale buggy. The lid’s design will offer an easier to drive and more balanced feeling thanks to a futuristic cabin, side pod and rear side flaps shape that optimises the aerodynamic characteristics. In addition a flap behind the engine area guides the air towards the rear wing for a smoother and more directed airflow around the shock tower and lower wing mount. The body comes moulded from high-quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate and precision laser pre-cut to fit the XB8 2020 specification kit. The package is rounded out by a pre-cut decal sheet as well as window masks.

Xray XB2’20 graphite composite rear roll centre holder

Coming from Xray and made for the XB2’20 2WD buggy is a new graphite composite rear roll centre holder. Designed for the use with the LCG gearbox the ball stud mount features updated roll centre positions while also acting as the rear anti-roll bar mount. The part fits both the Dirt and Carpet Edition kits with the reinforced graphite material being both lightweight and strong.

Xray XB8 carbon fibre 125cc fuel tank guard

Xray have announced the release of their new carbon fibre guard for the 125cc fuel tank of the XB8 buggies. The part is cut from high-quality carbon fibre and designed to protect the tank and thus the fuel from heat, ensuring consistent performance and less tank swelling during long mains. The set also includes mounting hardware.

RC Carbon Cavalieri XB4 carbon fibre shock towers

Made for Xray’s popular XB4 buggy are new geometry front and rear shock towers from RC Carbon Cavalieri. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the front shock tower features a new -2mm geometry while the rear shock stay is of -3mm specification, resulting in lower mounted shock absorbers and more suspension droop which can be beneficial in certain track conditions. The shock towers are available separately from now on.
