7075.it T4’20 aluminium eccentric diff holders

7075.it from Italy have introduced their redesigned aluminium eccentric diff holder for the T4 2020 touring car. Machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and coming black anodised for surface protection, the bearing holders offer optimised bearing fit for less natural drivetrain drag and better heat dissipation compared to the standard composite parts, resulting in improved overall performance and bearing life. The eccentric inserts are available as pairs from now on.

Xray T4 2020 low friction Kevlar belt

Xray have introduced a low friction Kevlar belt for the use with the all-new T4 2020 touring car. White of colour, offering Kevlar reinforcements and a softer feel, the belt makes for less natural drivetrain drag compared to the standard kit belt, resulting in improved acceleration and top speed which is essential especially for stock racing classes. The 3mm wide and 351mm long belt is usable in the front and the rear of the drivetrain.

RC Maker T4’20 GeoCarbon bumper plate with stopper

RC Maker have introduced their new GeoCarbon front bumper plate with stopper for the Xray T4’20 touring car. The plate and stopper feature a stylish, stealthly and innovative design and the parts add extra protection to the front of the car as the support contacts the bulkheads and prevents impacts from snapping the main chassis and are very important. The design integrates the stopper under the main bumper plate, lining up with the bearing mounts on the front bulkheads. In the event of a crash, the force will be transferred through this and keep the chassis in tact, with minimal effect on the bulkheads. The brace recesses over the small bumper posts enabling it to get low enough to align with the bulkhead. When tightening the upper plate, it clamps the whole assembly down tightly. Upon resting, there is a 0.2mm gap between the bulkheads and this support, to prevent any rubbing and tweaking. The bumper plate also features three sets of holes, allowing drivers to adjust the bodyshell forwards and backwards as seen on the standard plates. The integrated stopper does not move, it will be in the same place regardless of the body post position. Due to the design, the plate can also stay in place when removing the front anti-roll bar.

Xray X12’20 2.0mm aluminium main chassis plate

Coming from Xray and made for the X12 2020 1/12th scale pan car is a 2.0mm aluminium main chassis plate. The chassis is made of strong 7075-T6 aluminium and it is best used on high to very high-bite US-style tracks where the reduced torsional flex helps with car stability while offering more corner speed and countering traction rolling. The main plate comes black anodised, sports machined silver edge details in the cut out sections and also a laser-engraved Xray logo.

Xray T4 2020 graphite bumper upper holder brace

Xray have announced the release of their graphite bumper upper holder brace for the T4’20 touring car. The part was developed to offer increased protection to the chassis in the event of a crash as it braces the bumper against the front bulkheads at frontal impacts. Machined from 3mm carbon fibre the brace is a direct fit for the kit’s composite and also the graphite optional bumper upper mount.

OfficinaRC T4 2020 crash chassis helper

OfficinaRC have introduced their crash chassis helper for the Xray T4 2020 touring car. The 3-D-printed part was developed to be attached to the front bumper upper brace and it helps to brace the bumper against the front bulkhead in the event of a crash, preventing damage such as bent aluminium or delaminated carbon fibre chassis. The part is a direct fit and available from now on.

Xray T4’20 alloy & brass rear chassis braces

Xray have announced the release of two rear chassis braces, machined from aluminium or brass, for the all-new T4 2020 mid-motor touring car kit. The T-shaped braces are designed in a way that allows to access a total of four stiffness settings by using variable amounts of screws and shims to attach the brace in longitudinal and transversal directions. While the lightweight aluminium is mainly used to stiffen up either the carbon fibre or aluminium chassis, the 15g brass variant also helps to fine-tune the weight balance with the brass T-brace being of help especially for higher grip track conditions. The braces are available separately and they include all needed screws and shims.

RC-KleinKram T4’20 carbon fibre motor spacers

RC-KleinKram from Germany have introduced their new carbon fibre motor spacer set for the Xray T4 2020 touring car. The newly developed mid-motor car is known to having some top deck and motor clearance issues when running certain pinion and main gear combinations or when using specific motors with no or only a small chamfer on the front end plate. To overcome this, Xray advises to use small shims between the end plate and the motor mount to spacer the motor further away from the top deck. As this can be fiddly to perform and in order to better brace the motor against the motor mount, RC-KleinKram have designed compact 1-piece carbon fibre plates that not only are easier to install but they also allow for better distribution of the forces that can occur during a run. The set includes a machined 2.0mm and and a 3.0mm plate each with both being individually marked for easy identification.
