XRD have announced the signing of Italian frontrunner Mattia Collavo. The ENS A-main finalist and 2015 Italian national champion will power his ARC R8.0 and BMT 701 cars with the high-end F.T. Line version of the Italian engines throughout his 2017 campaign that will hold races such as the Italian Nationals, select ENS events and the Italian Manufacturer’s championship as well as other major national and international level meetings.

F.T. Line have introduced their latest .12 nitro on-road engine. Hand-built, selected and tuned by Italian frontrunner Francesco Tironi, the unit sports front and rear ceramic bearings, a new stronger crankcase with a steel ring added to the rear bearing housing for improved durability and it also features new sleeve and crankshaft phases.

F.T. Line have announced the addition of veteran racer Domenico and up and coming Antonio Calce to their team line-up. The 2016 campaign of the two will see attendances at national Italian races and they will also compete internationally at selected ENS events.

F.T. Line have announced the signing of Cristiano Sartor to their factory team. A Senior class race winner at last year’s Italian Nationals, Cristiano will compete in the Italian national series again in order to fight for the 2016 title while also planning to attend selected Euro Nitro Series events as well as the European Championships.

F.T. Line have announced the signing of Mark Green to their team. The former Novarossi driver will use the whole line of F.T. Line on-road engines at the biggest events World wide and he also will be a key support and development figure for the Italian manufacturer. Mark had the following to say about his move:
I would like to thank F.T. Engines for this opportunity to race with their great racing engines and with support from DB Engine technology I am sure great results can be achieved for the 2016 racing season and onwards . Also a thank you to Gino Voghera for making it possible to join F.T. Line. I am looking forward to the start of the racing season with the F.T. Only days after signing Rick Vrieljinck, F.T. Line have announced another high-class addition to their team. Andrea Pirani will join Rick V. and Francesco Tironi himself to run the F.T. Line .21 engine throughout 2016. The ENS podium finisher has the following to say about the deal:
I am very happy to start this new partnership with F.T. Line. I would like to thank O.S. Engines for the support they gave me in the past two years, with a special thank you going to Mr. Shimazaki and Mr. Yukami. I’m ready to face a tough 2016 season with F.T. Line, sure i’ll be able to better the results achieved in 2015. I also want to thank F.T. Line in the person of Gino Voghera for the chance they gave me. I will be competing in the Euro Nitro Series, European Championship and AMSCI Italian Nationals.

F.T. Line have introduced their new 1/8th scale nitro on-road engine. The hand-tuned, hand-built, checked and numbered high-end competition engine is equipped with a Swiss-made ceramic rear and steel front bearing and it comes with a certificate of authenticity that includes the serial number of the engine beside other information.

F.T. Line have announced the signing of Dutch racer Rick Vrielijnck for the 2016 season. Finalist at the 2009 World Championship in Lostallo, Switzerland, Rick came back to racing in 2014 after quite a long hiatus and proved strong in his 2014 and 2015 ENS outing. In 2016 Rick will use the “F.T. Line” version of the XRD engines to power his Shepherd Velox V8 throughout the racing season.
