Samix CFX-W aluminium servo horn

Samix have introduced an aluminium servo arm for the MST CFX-W trial truck. The item is machined from high-quality aluminium for improved stability while the clamping design adds security in case the servo screw comes loose during a ride. The arm is available in 23T and 25T configuration, making it usable with Futaba, KO, Sanwa and Savöx servos, and it is available in black, gunmetal, silver or green anodising.

CRC 2S charge/balance lead & accessories

Coming from CRC are a new 2S charge/balance lead as well as 14AWG wire, balance extensions and 4mm to 5mm bullet adapters. Starting with the charge lead, it comes pre-soldered with 4mm bullet connectors and an XH balance connector. Also included is the 4 to 5 mm adapter allowing to use the leads on both 4mm and 5mm bullet packs. Unlike stepped adapters, the separate bullet insert has very little exposed metal, practically eliminating the possibility of a short.

Capricorn C803EP conversion kit

Capricorn have introduced an EP conversion kit for the C803 nitro in-road car. The set includes everything needed to convert the chassis of the nitro-powered car to full C803EP specifications. A are carbon fibre top deck with dual shorty LiPo battery mount, 1-piece motor mount, new layshaft, alloy main gear hub and pinion gear are included as are a carbon fibre fan mount, alloy belt tensioner and necessary hardware. However, the needed electronics have to be sourced separately.

MCD Racing RR5 engine heat sink

MCD from Turkey have introduced a new engine heat sink for the RR5 buggy and comparable vehicles. Machined from a single block of 7075 aluminium, the specially shaped heatsink will reduce the temperature at the spark plug by about 10°C, even when run in high ambient temperatures of over 35°C, which results in improved engine performance. The updated heatsink was developed exclusively for the use with NGK CRE8 and CR8EIX spark plugs. In order to protect the cooling head MCD have introduced a composite protector that works with long and short plugs as well as the Barracuda pipe air flow.

Vigor T4’18 carbon fibre chassis, top deck & shock towers

Vigor RC have introduced a range of carbon fibre parts for the Xray T4 2018 touring car kit. Available now are a 2.25mm and 2.0mm carbon fibre main chassis as well as 2.0mm and 1.6mm top decks, with the thinner chassis and top deck being best suited for low grip conditions. Also available are 3.0mm carbon fibre front and rear shock towers. All parts are CNC-machined from high-quality carbon fibre.

Mugen MTC1 linear & progressive shock springs

Coming from Mugen are two new shock springs for the MTC1 electric touring car. Available very soon are the 1.58 linear, that is slightly harder than the kit springs, and the 1.46P progressive spring. The springs come in pairs, they sport a black surface coating for wear and laser-engraved markings for easy identification.
