GForce 64 pitch hard-coated aluminium pinion gears

GForce have introduced a range of 64 pitch aluminium pinion gears. Coming as 25T to 50T variant the gears come precision-cut from high-quality aluminium and they are hard-anodised for wear. The first batch will include 25T to 40T pinions while the larger 41T to 50T gears will be available shortly.

Awesomatix RFG rear floating gearbox set

Coming from the mind of Awesomatix’ Josh Cyrul is the RFG rear floating gearbox set for the A700 touring car. Designed for the use with the MM2 motor mount in flex mode 4 the system further reduces the unwanted torque steer effect caused by the longitudinal motor position as it does the FFG system up front. The set can be run with the C24 top deck and even without, in case more flex is needed.

Axial SCX10 Jeep NuKizer & Mighty FC bodyshells

Axial have two new bodyshells for the SCX10 truck available. First up is the Jeep Nukizer 715 concept vehicle that was revealed back in 2010 at the 45th Annual Easter Jeep Safari. The body is scaled around 12″ wheelbase SCX10 vehicles and compatible with the SCX10 Wheel Wells. The wheelbase can be easily adjusted by using the SCX10 TR Links Set 12″. Also new is the Mighty FC concept vehicle body. Again made for the SCX10 the pick-up body uses a 11.4″ wheelbase. Included with the bodies are full decal sheets, easy to install LED light buckets, front and rear body assemblies, all necessary body hardware and window mask sheets.

Updated Serpent 1/10th electric buggy wheels

Serpent have introduced a range of 61mm wheels for 1/10th off-road buggies as well as standard size 4WD front wheels. Starting with the 61mm rims, they are of a larger diameter compared to standard wheels to accommodate the latest ROAR wheel dimension updates. Available as 2WD front, 4WD front and general rear variant in yellow and white colour the wheels fit Serpent’s range of 1/10th buggies as well as many other brands. Also new are standard size 4WD front buggy wheels for the forthcoming Spyder 4WD kit. Like the 61mm rims they are available in fluorescent yellow and white colour.

Serpent 977 Evo radio plate support post

New from Serpent and made for the 977 Evo 1/8th scale kit is a radio plate support post. The 7075-T6 aluminium part will stiffen the front end of the car which can be a helpful tuning aid on very high-bite surfaces. The part is a direct fit on the Evo and must be used in combination with the central flex system to make it work.

PSM RC8B3 shock standoff set & carbon shock towers

German company PSM have introduced a range of option parts for the Team Associated RC8B3 buggy. First up is a set of aluminium shock standoffs. Made from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and coming with EV2 silver coating for improved surface protection the set weighs in at only 11g including mounting material. The 12-piece set is made in Germany and includes the standoffs, shock alignment shims as well as counter shims. Also new are 5mm front and 4mm rear carbon fibre shock towers. Made from authentic PSM semi-gloss finish material the ultra lightweight parts are direct replacements for the stock shock towers and they weigh in at 16g and 18g respectively.
