Spec-R aluminium body height adjusters

New from Spec-R come body height adjusters in various colours. Made from aluminium the parts are of a common design and they help to precisely set the body height and rake of 1/10th scale on-road bodyshells. Included in the set are four threaded bushings, four height adjuster thumb nuts, steel pins and eight rubber O-rings. Made from CNC-machined high-quality alloy the height adjusters are available in blue, black, orange and red anodising and they fit all vehicles with the same body post diameter as Spec-R’s line of touring cars.

Exotek DEX210 alloy 12mm hex set & MM wing mounts

Exotek have new option parts for the Team Durango DEX210 buggy available in the form of a 12mm aluminium hex set and alloy wing mounts for mid motor converted buggies. Starting with the wheel hex adapter set the precision machined parts are of a clamping design and made for the use on the rear of the DEX210 2WD and the front of the DEX410 4WD buggy. They allow the use of industry standard 12mm hex wheels such as the ones from Team Associated, TLR or the pre-glued Schumacher EOS handout wheels. The hex adapters come gold anodised, in sets of two and including 1.6mm hard steel pins and 2mm screws.

Made for the Team Associated B5 series of buggies are these aluminium shock mounts from RDRP. Machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and hard-anodised, the bushings not only look cool but they also improve suspension efficiency as they do not bend under heavy loads like the kit’s composite bushings do. Precision manufacturing ensures an optimised fit within the upper shock cap while the specially treated surface makes for a hard-wearing part. The parts fit both rear and mid motor converted cars.

Infinity CF arm stiffeners for the 8ight

From X Factory Infinity for the TLR 8ight comes this new new carbon-fibre arm stiffener set whose purpose is to remove all the flex from the car’s A-arms while also adding strength. The initial prototypes were used during practice at the recent World Championships in Italy, showing improvement and Chief Engineer Paul Sinclair has re-worked the design, adding strength and stronger fasteners, and recent testing has gone perfectly. When mounted up your 8ight handle as the car was designed to do, making it much more predictable and lowering your lap times.

Using top quality materials, the flywheel is made of hard coated aluminium and all the components are interchangeable with original Mugen parts. Supplied with a D-block nut, the shoes are available in 3 different materials, Alu Ultra Hard, Alu Hard and Carbon and there are also three different types of springs available, 0.9mm, 1.0mm and 1.1mm.

TKO have introduced their new flat & finished diff rings for the Associated B5 and a range of pan cars. Using their ‘Totally Flat Technology’, TKO claims to have produced the finest diff rings available. Using a proprietary process, the rings faces are flat to within 2 microns. and the faces are parallel to within 1 micron, one micron being 40 millionths of an inch (.0000040). The faces have a #7 finish to provide traction for the diff balls and they fit flat on the hub for near zero run out.

Exotek TLR 22-4 rear camber block & front tower

New from Exotek for the TLR 22-4 4wd buggy are a new rear camber block and front shock tower. The rear camber block has been made from heavy duty machined 7075 and they have added 2 additional and important higher roll centre mounting points at the bottom of the camber mounts. The new lower mounting points are excellent for freeing up the buggy at the rear for more mid corner steering but also increased on power traction and stability. The front shock tower has been made from stealthy matte finish 5mm thick carbon fibre. Much stiffer and stronger for consistent damper action yet still light weight due to its extra machining and the wide open shape allows air to pass through for better body aero. The one piece shock tower eliminates the lower camber mount for improved durability and uses flat head screws for better shock tower alignment onto the bulkhead.
