WRC Racing have introduced the P-One RS2 bodyshell for 1/10th 190mm touring cars. The body features an aggressive design with a low front for improved steering while the side panel and door design further helps with overall downforce. The body comes made form clear high-quality polycarbonate.

Xtreme Aerodynamics have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming R18 Strong 1/8th on-road bodyshell. Sharing many features with the proven R18 platform the new variant will feature an updated front end and nose design with two additional ribs that direct towards the cab to increase the strength of the nose section for improved downforce and stability. JConcepts have introduced the S2 body shell for the Team Associated B64 series of 1/10th 4WD off-road buggies. Sporting the distinctive Silencer 2 design with slammed overall height and a progressive cab design the body is meant to deliver good balance and steering. A channeled roof directs the flow through the center of the body while also increasing the rigidity of the cockpit. The dual side-window design that has become famous on the JC bodies remains to bring a traditional feel to the layout. The upper side-pods feature distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body for those high-powered runs or hot days at the track. Carved and detailed side-pods edge the body, giving the highly aero unit a stylish look with a tight fit and finish. The body fits both the B64 and B64D and it comes clear, including window masks, decal sheet and two Aero rear wings.
Italian company WRC have introduced the Pro3 bodyshell for their LM16 1/10th pan car kit. Resembling the Le Mans prototype cars the body is the third in the line of WRC’s Pro bodies all of which feature different nose, front fender, side pods and rear fender designs. The body is a direct for on WRC’s LM16 kit but it also fits other pan cars and also converted formula chassis.

JConcepts have introduced the 1979 Ford F-250 monster truck body and 3-D-printed 2.2″ Tote wheels. Starting with the body shell, the meticulous replica of the original truck features its heavily chiseled, square body look with enlarged, flat-top wheel wells and a recessed body line that extends down the entire side of the standard cab body. The included decal sheet details this section to appear like the chrome trim of yesteryear. It also sports that famous wrap-around front windshield, the recessed side windows are outlined and the body lines are all in place to show off that vintage look. On top of this the front headlights, grille, taillights and tailgate are replicated with a decal sheet giving that all important, high-impact look. Included in the package are also a separate front and rear bumper which can be attached with included hardware for the ultimate show and shine ride. The 11″ wheelbase gives drivers options for mounting to standard or extended length chassis while the flat bed area gives plenty of space for body mount locations or customised with bed cover look.
JConcepts have introduced the Finnisher body shell for the Mugen MBX-7TR as well as a 3-D-printed gear shield for laydown transmission equipped Xray XB2 buggies. Starting with the body, the popular and ROAR nationals winning Finnisher design is now also available for Mugen’s MBX-7TR truck. The slight cab forward design with a raked windshield makes the truck stand out as does the large centre fin which adds stability at high speeds. The Finnisher has a built-in air escape passage on the roof which allows the customer to fine-tune the body for maximum performance the included champion rear name plates provide additional high-speed stability and improved positioning of the rear bed rails to strengthen the assembly. Overall handling has been improved by balancing the bias between the cab location and rear wing placement which control the majority of the aero affects of the aggressively styled body.
Coming from JConcepts and made for the Mugen MBX7R and Team Associated RC8B3 is the front scoop. Introduced at the 2016 IFMAR World Championships in Las Vegas, the front scoop replaces the front nose-cone on the vehicle with a front wing design that has shown to produce enhanced steering characteristics. The scoop can be painted, left clear or frosted for the desired look, fit and finish and the set includes two pieces per package so a driver has enough to outfit their nitro and E-buggy with the same package.
