JConcepts SC10 body mount grommet with leash

JConcepts introduce the SC10 body mount grommet with leash. Made specifically for the height adjustable, extended .200” diameter body mounts, the silicone rubber based grommet cushions the body and retains the body clip for the most user friendly experience. The body mount grommet has the JConcepts.net logo embossed on the leash portion and the units are available in 3 different colors, blue, black and clear. The body mount grommet is designed specifically for the original SC10 body mounts but can be used on other vehicles with similar geometry.

Featuring a new and improved design and better performance the bodies are molded from high quality 1mm thick polycarbonate and are supplied with masking for the windows and decals.

JConcepts Silencer body for D812

JConcepts have released the Silencer body for the Hot Bodies D812, a brand-new, ground up design which has new elements created for the highest speed circuits. A narrowed, Finnisher stance cockpit allows more fuel tank access a smoother high-speed transition and increased flow around the engine heat-sink. A deep recess around the heat-sink area with dual channeling out the rear provides air escape along with rear-end stability, while the Silencer side-pods have a clipped rear-end, narrowing the rear by angling just in front of the rear tires. The extended runner features are placed on the rear-end of the body enhancing the force placed on the rear pods during high-speed acceleration. The main pods are heavily chamfered and a more heat-shrink design over the pipe, fuel tank and electrical / linkage make up the main pods. The end result has the body looking extremely low-profile with heavy JConcepts edginess and appeal. The Silencer is capped off with a cock-pit “shark fin” for more high-speed tracking stability and increased roof stiffness.

Upgrade RC Vortex 10 buggy wing

Upgrade RC introduce their latest off-road rear wing in the form of the Vortex 10. It designed to fit most of today’s 1/10th buggies and sports a unique design with knobbed areas on the outer horizontal parts to improve the airflow over the rear section. Raised slide plates allow for good tyre clearance while the angled ends of the plates bundle the air and increase the stability of the whole wing. Included in the set are two wings, side plate decals and a mounting grid.

Available are the Avenger nitro and Cobra-E bodies with pre-designed front part, window lines and a couple of details that make the bodies stand out even if only one other colour is applied. The details are screen printed into the high quality polycarbonate shell helping you to create a one of a kind body with a lot less hassle compared to completely clear standard body shells.

JConcepts Nissan Titan SC body

JConcepts have introduced the Nissan Titan to their lineup of championship winning Short Course bodies. The exterior of the Titan is built to cater to racer demands with aggressive, high-impact headlight and grille treatment has an unmistakable straight-on look. Included in the front hood design are reverse louvers which are built-in to allow 2 air-escape passages and the famous Nissan front fender treatment has an additional raised section which allows plenty of front tire clearance under load and also functions as an additional air escape feature. The high-performance body has a 1:1 inspired extra-cab with black-out decal to give that elusive side view. A low-profile roof line helps maintain a low center of gravity allowing the truck to transition the turns like a JConcepts heritage design while the bed of the truck is packed with all the Hi-Flow features that have become synonymous in the industry. 2 upper easy to trim Hi-Flow cut-outs chiseled between the built-in and extremely durable number plates combine with the dual channeled air-out spoiler at the base, to finish off a polished air release package.

Team Titan Blitz TS030 1/8th onroad body

More new bodies from Team Titan with the Blitz TS030 1/8th onroad race body. Designed to give slower initial response and a lot steering in the middle and exit of the corner without losing rear stability. When drivers use softer or high grip front tires it will work very well with this new body as it provides easy and consistent handling. Tested and developed for high speed tracks with short tight corners, the TS030 is already FEMCA approved meaning it can be use at any IFMAR races. Available in 3 different thickness the clear body includes window mask for driver cockpit and side stiffeners.

JConcepts Finnisher Tekno EB48 body

The second Finnisher release of the week from JConcepts this time for the popular Tekno EB48. Almost identical to previously released versions in this body series there is an increased windshield angle that provides a steady force upfront during in-flight wind gusts on large jumps while a forward cab placement changes performance / visible bias which helps steering rotation in low traction corners. A slightly channeled roof-line helps stabilize the vehicle at high-speed while the side-pods have been simplified and JC chamfered to remove unwanted changes in height to neutralize the at-speed handling. The chassis to body fit has been tightened up which eliminates empty voids that contribute to mid-flight directional changes rear of the cab has a new step feature which allows the placement of a secondary side window and also a louver which can be trimmed to allow air to escape at the top of the body.
