In honour of the golden age of stadium truck racing, JConcepts unveils this 1993 Ford F-150 stadium truck body for the Traxxas Rustler. The Rustler hopeful has never quite seen a body like this for their vehicle and JConcepts has taken on a passion project to deliver a body to a community thirsty for a fresh lid. The JConcepts body is narrow and sits close against the chassis to give racers the Team Truck look popular in the 90’s. The styling is completely modelled after the most popular full-size truck of that era, the 1993 Ford F-150. The entire body shape has been chiseled, incorporating styling cues from the 1:1 truck including wheel well shapes, door lines, window outlines and rear tailgate. The front-end sits just behind the front bumper while the headlight and grille area looks strikingly stock and with included decal sheet, looks like its street truck counterpart. The JConcepts body is moulded in a durable gauge material and includes rear spoiler, mounting hardware and decal sheet to completely outfit the vehicle.

The rear tire has an inspired look with a wide-body footprint so the driver can feel the straight-line forward stability while the front tire features revolved cuts so the driver can feel the straight-line stability both with very light rolling resistance. Fresh from Bittydesign comes a brand new bodyshell for the 1/12 scale GT12 category called the LS3. Featuring an instantly recognisable look, based on a famous car manufacturer, it has been tested for several months with performance to match the realistic aesthetic. The design has been adapted to meet the specs of the GT12 class, the front splitter as well the side skirts have been moved many times to find the perfect height and compromise between air efficiency and realism. Tests on different tracks demonstrate very fast corner entry that remains stable through the steering range while the rear end is very stable thanks to the big wing that make the model particularly easy to drive. Universal, it fit all the 1/12 GT12 chassis on the market, but can also fit a 1/12 pan-car chassis. Produced in a lightweight version, with a thickness of 0,75mm, the body comes with a complete set of screws, nuts and large plastic washers to fix the rear wing as well as a decal sheet and windows mask.

Another new Traxxas Stampede body shell from JConcepts is the 1993 Ford F-250. For the ninth generation, the body-shell of the 1993 F-Series was given another major upgrade and now a direct fit for the Traxxas Stampede. To further improve its aerodynamics, the forward bodywork was given a slightly lower hood line, and a rounding of the front fenders and grille. The “Blue Oval,” a trademark of all Ford pickups, makes a striking appearance centered in the grille. Stout fender flares are carved ever so carefully in to the panels while openings allow for a vast assortment of tires on the market. The F-250 single-cab look is strong and is a careful reminder of a time when passengers sat side-by-side during a typical outing. The body comes clear and includes an authentic decal sheet and easy to use window mask for the detailed hobbyist and it fits the original Stampede truck as well as the Skully, Craniac and Bigfoot kits.
Pro-Line has introduced the new pre-cut Brute Bash Armor body shell for the Traxxas X-Maxx monster truck. Featuring Pro-Line’s all-new Bash Armor material the lid has been developed from the ground up to be the toughest body Pro-Line has ever produced. The all-new material is twice as thick as regular X-Maxx bodies and is ultra-flexible to prevent cracking and shattering. Unlike clear polycarbonate, the Bash Armor material is white and is not paintable, so Pro-Line includes detailed decal sheets that feature fender and window graphics to complete the look. The Brute is Pro-Line’s take on a modern truck and features a bold grill with eye-pleasing body lines sure to turn heads at your local bash spot.
