T-Work’s have come up with a new 1/8 buggy wing which features a wickerbill design that allows greater air flow which increases the downforce when needed. Available in three colours, black, white & yellow, the Airflow wing has pre-drilled holes which saves you the hassle to have to drill them yourself. The package includes wing, as well as two wickerbills.

Designed using the most advanced CFD software, the new Xtreme Aerodynamics carbon fibre side plates claim to improve car performance on high speed corner. The 0.50mm top quality carbon fibre plate has a profile that allows the optimal flow on the upper side of the wing while cornering thus improving vertical load and making the car more predictable and precise. The external shape helps minimise the side drag effect for better handling in direction change, still maintaining the suction/pressure side well isolated in order to maximise wing performance. JConcepts have released two new wings for 1/10th scale offroad, with a new front wing specific to the B6.2 and a 7″ carpet / astro wing. JConcepts, together with their pro racing team of drivers, developed an additional high-performance, lower front wing. It features a high-attack design with trim-able rear gurney options. The wing attaches to the standard Team Associated front wing mount on the B6.2 which is mounted directly to the front shock tower. Cut lines are included for easy trimming while dimples are located on the wing itself to indicate where to mount to the wing on the vehicle. The leading centre section of the wing has been formed into a unique V-shape to perfectly flow and manoeuvre around the camber links and tower or front shocks.

VP-Pro has introduced their new ‘Tawny’ finish wing for 1/8th scale offroad buggy. Made from high quality polycarbonate, the wing is pre smoked and comes complete with moulded plastic trim strip for strength and additional downforce and centrally mounted fins for improved stability.

From Ultimate Racing for the Mugen MBX8 are some new aerodynamic attachments. First up is this clear lexan front upper arm wing, an aero option that attaches directly to the front upper arms. This tuning option helps to increase front end grip and traction at higher speeds, while helping to improve the front/rear balance in the jumps. These wings are feather light and include lightweight machined mounting brackets that create a strong and lightweight mount for installation. The front wing replaces the front nose-cone on the vehicle with a front wing design that has shown to produce enhanced steering characteristics. The front scoop includes 2 pieces per package, so a driver has enough to outfit their nitro and e-buggy with the same package. This wing provides increased feel and sensitivity in the larger sweeping sections and helped jumping attitude in the tricky jump sections.
From Creation Model for the IF8 and other 1/8th scale cars is this lightweight lip spoiler set. Coming in at approx 5grams including fastener and nut, it is recommended for use with a lightweight bodyshell. Available in clear as well as a special carbon style, the latter features a printed Infinity logo and a guide scale is included to help evenly set the exact height of the spoiler.
Made by RC-Project for SWorkz is this aluminium wing plate. Machined from 7075 T6 aluminium with a thickness of 3mm it has been anodised and laser etched with the SWorkz logo. A very lightweight option part that will help to support the wing in case of violent impacts, avoiding unpleasant deformations or having the wing ripped from the mounts. Thanks to the mounting hole slots it can be mounted on all 1/8 buggy models using the included 2 washers.

UK Penguin Custom Bodyshells distributors Schumacher have introduced the new Rockhopper and vintage 1/10th buggy rear wings. Starting with the Rockhopper, the wing was designed for competition use and it is a more traditional style wing that compliments the Penguin range of wings. The Rockhopper sits between the King and Emperor in terms of downforce and it is made of 1mm Lexan polycarbonate and features multiple cutlines on the gurney for aero adjustment purposes.
