Roche RC’s new ceramic ball bearings are made from pure silicon nitride material that are 60% lighter in weight and 7 times harder than steel. Friction is reduced to near zero, so your car acceleration and top speed will be even better. Both sides of the bearings feature low contact labyrinth type rubber seals which after a few runs you will notice get even smoother when the bearing do a matching groove on the inner seal. Seen for the first time at the European Championships in Austria earlier in the year, LRP have released the new airflow optimized Evo 2 crystal clear body shell for the S8 BX buggy. It features a completely new design with improvements to the top end of the body which gives the car a much smoother handling both in the corners and in the air. Also new is the high-downforce wing that fits both the S8 BX and S8 TX offroad vehicles and increases the rear traction of your buggy, making it easier to drive. RB have introduced some new accessories for use with 1/8th scale on road body shells. This first is this new wing set, which is supplied with two different types which are pre cut and come with the necessary nylon mounting screws and nuts. Also for the body is a set of body stiffeners, that are made from high quality lexan and they two are delivered in two different versions and come supplied with body rivets.

Team Azarashi have released their Fantas buggy front wing. Designed for use with various 2WD buggies such as the AE B4 and Kyosho Ultima RB5, it allows the steering feel to be adjusted by changing the cutting line of the unique nose part and the gurney flap. For sharp steering at corner entry, cut out the bottom half of the nose, while for high speed stability, leave the bottom half of the nose. Expected to be finalised by the beginning of September.
