Vampire Racing have introduced their new 5mm to 4mm bullet-type connector adapter plugs. They come in handy when running battery packs with the new-style 5mm connectors and standard 4mm connectors alongside as they do away with the need to rewire the speed controller or charger plugs. The reducer bushings feature a high-quality gold plating and they are available as pairs or in a convenient 10-piece package.
Coming from German company Yuki Model is a new high-capacity 7200mAh 7.4V LiPo battery pack. Built using robust 45C cells the battery measures a standard 137.5x46x25mm and it comes pre-wired with high temperature resistant silicone wires, a T-type power connector and JST-XH balancer port. The battery with its distinctive bright red hardcase weighs in at 320g and it is available now.

Arrowmax have introduced their new 5200mAh 11.1V 3S LiPo battery pack. Featuring a protective hardcase and measuring 139x47x39mm the battery is ideal for a range of applications such as 1/8th monster trucks, outlaw and bashing 1/10th scale short course trucks as well as “lite” 1/8th E-buggies and even 1/8th on-road cars. Aimed at Stock class racing the battery is made from high-performance 100C and it utilizes a protective hardcase equipped with “through-type” 5mm bullet-type connectors and a 2mm balancer port. Scorpion keeps releasing more winding options of their newly introduced RR-3420 competition brushless motor. Round 2 of the GQ Race Hong Kong was hosted the ACO Racing Track. The race was held in several on-road classes including Touring Modified, Touring 13.5T Blinky GT, 13.5T Blinky Racing Truck and also a Carisma RTR 13.5T Blinky Stock class. In the Modified class, that attracted a total of 30 entries, it was Chau Man who took the day’s win from Chi Fung and Ricky Wong in second and third respectively.
