Speed Passion have introduced their new Ultra Sportsman Version 2.0 Sensor Technology brushless motors. Available in 5.5R to 21.5R versions there will also be a special design 30.5R 1000KV for rock crawler applications. All of these motors include Speed Passion’s new improved one piece design and all new V2 ‘FTD – Fixed Timing Dynamic’ sensor base technology which provides smooth power delivery, making it feel easier to drive. The all new Ultra Sportsman Version 2.0 motor series is suitable for RTR cars as well as an entry level control motor and will be available in mid December.

Speed Passion have informed us about their new Sport Tuned Version 2.0 Sensorless brushless motors. Available in three different versions, racers have their choice of the 2500KV F1 Design, the 3000KV RTR Design and the 4000KV Drift/On Design. All of these motors include Speed Passion’s new improved one piece design and V2 sensor less base technology. They also share the new high current power plug in design like its V3 brother for solder less motor changes. To keep the wires and plugs clean and safe in all applications, Speed Passion introduces the new protection cap with a bright blue anodized look.

Speed Power have introduced their new line up of LiFe batteries. Designed for a range of different applications, the line up includes this 3900mAh 35C 6.6v Racing LiFe hard case pack as well as 3300mAh 30C 6.6v soft cased pack. The range also includes new 9.9v transmitter packs in 1800mAh flat configuration and 2400mAh block configuration, as well as 6.6v 25C receiver packs in 1400mAh and 1600mAh versions.

Following the release of their 4200mAh 30C 2S1P 7.4V hard case race LiPo, Acorn Racing have introduced another edition of this competitive high discharge race LiPo. Fitted in a Carbon look hard casing, like its older brother this version of batteries offers extremely high voltage, long run time and consistent performance with true 30C discharge. This LiPo is further improved with a gold plated 4mm banana type connector to reduce unnecessary resistance and weighs a mere 228 grams.

Speed Passion have announced the 5.0 turn version of their Competition 3.0 motor. Expected to be released in mid December, it is similar in features to the previous versions, with a 20% improvement in efficiency over the previous version. Performance has also been improved with new adjustable timing allowing you to chose from smooth low, mid power kick of smooth throughout the power delivery. It also of course sports the handy new high power current plug in system that allows for simple solderless motor changes.
