CS Electronic Rocket V5.1 220A brushless ESC

CS Electronic from Germany have introduced their new Rocket V5.1 220A speed controller for 1/10th scale applications. Developed especially for competitive on-road and off-road racing, the V5.1 offers very smooth throttle control, reliability, performance and lots of safety features. New FETs allow for up to 220A of peak current while the new, smaller case improving heat dissipation while taking less space in crowded chassis environments. The new V5.4.1 firmware ensures best possible throttle and brake control and it offers both modified and blinky stock racing modes. Other features include 3rd-channel compatibility with certain Sanwa and Futaba transmitters and the controller is usable with both sensored and sensorless motors.

Team Powers Radon Pro V4 1S speed controller

Team Powers have announced the soon release of their Radon Pro V4 1S speed controller for 1/12th scale applications. Compared to the previous version the speedo features more powerful FETs for a lower internal resistance and thus higher power and lower operation temperatures. The all-aluminium case received a new low-profile design that scrubs 2mm of height for easier placement in the car while the V4 controller is also about ten percent lighter. Other features include a CH3/CH4 auxiliary function to adjust features such as throttle rate, RPM lock, turbo functions and more using a 3/4-channel transmitter. Last but not least does an optimised brake software offer a more linear feeling, ensuring better car control.

Hitec are expanding their line of RDX1 chargers with the introduction of the AC input, micro processor RDX1 Mini. The sleekly-designed, compact AC charger packs 65 watts of power into a fraction of the size of most chargers and it is compatible with a full range of the most popular battery types, including the new generation LiHV. With 6 Amps of maximum charging current and 2 Amps of discharging current, the device is ideal for hobbyists and racers alike. Team Corally Vulcan Pro & Stock brushless motors

Available now from Team Corally are their new Vulcan Pro and Stock sensored brushless motors for 1/10th and 1/12th scale applications. Specially developed to meet the requirements of modified and stock racing, the motors feature a highly machined aluminium can for optimised heat dissipation as well as dual sensor ports for easier sensor wire routing. The Pro modified motors are available in 3.5T to 10.5T winding specification while the Stock motors come as 10.5T to 21.5T variants.

Yokomo SP-03DPC servo programming card

Yokomo have announced the release of a dedicated programming card for their SP-03D drift car servos. The compact programming card allows to adjust several parameters such as the servo’s speed and torque, the torque holding force, the anti-shake hunting suppression value, neutral width and the servo reverse. The device is powered externally by a BEC or USB power source and usable exclusively with the SP-03D servos.

Yeah Racing transparent 12AWG wire

Yeah Racing have announced the release of their new line of transparent 12AWG power wires. Coming in red, blue, purple and silver colour, the opaque insulation allows visibility of the strands below, making for a cool visual effect while the sleeve colours allow to mix or match with the electronics or chassis colour tones. The wire is available in one metre rolls from now on.

GForce Drift Special ACG 2600mAh LiPo battery pack

GForce have introduced their new Drift Special ACG super shorty LiPo battery pack specially designed for drift cars. The battery measures only 69×46.5×24.5mm, making it about 30mm shorter than a standard shorty battery, allowing to shift the pack forth and back in a wider range, helping to adjust the car’s weight bias more easily. The hardcase battery weighs in at 142g and it utilises 4mm connector tubes.

Coming from GForce and made for Tamiya’s T3-01 Dancing Rider and Dual Rider trikes as well as the SW-01 Comical Lunch Box truck is the Star Pack 7.4V 1400mAh LiPo battery pack. The soft case battery is a direct replacement for the standard battery holders and it offers improved power, runtime and reliability. The pack measures 69×49.5×14.5mm, it weighs in at 74g and it comes pre-wired with a Tamiya power connector and an industry standard JST-XH balancer port for easy and secure charging.
