Tekno EB48SL & SCT410 narrow wheel hubs

Tekno RC have introduced narrow wheel hubs for the EB48SL and SCT410 vehicles. The hubs are intended to be used on the EB48SL to narrow the track width and improve handling characteristics. Overall grip is increased when using these hubs, especially on tight indoor tracks. Used on the SCT410 they allow to use standard 1/8th buggy wheels on Tekno’s 1/10th 4WD short course truck for a wider selection of wheels and tyres. The hubs utilise TKR5580 stub axles and convert the SCT410 to use 17mm wheels without changing the overall track width from standard SCT wheels.

Procircut Claymore 1/8th buggy tyre

The latest in the line of Procircuit’s all-new 1/8th buggy tyres is the Claymore. A mash of the previous Square Impact and Hot Dices treads the new tyre features the Square Impact’s pin pattern made up using larger pins similar to the Hot Dices tread. The tyre will excel on clean or slightly dusty tracks and it has already proven its performance by allowing Robert Batlle to grab the runner-up spot at the 2016 IFMAR Worlds in Las Vegas. The tyre will come pre-glued on yellow dish rims, including the new XL insert and in super soft, soft and medium compounds.

JConcepts driver commemorative racing stripe T-shirts

JConcepts have introduced three new commemorative racing stripe T-shirts featuring Spencer Rivkin’s, JR Mitch’s and Renaud Savoya’s signature colours. An off-shoot of the original racing stripes T, the newly designed version pops with flare in the new colours. The shirt hosts the JConcepts.net logo and original tag line, World Proven Innovation and Design and features Spencer’s purple/blue, JR’s white/red or Reno’s yellow/orange signature colours. All shirts are made of 100 percent cotton and they are available in adult M to XXXL sizes.

Rickside B6 wing mount extensions & Ackermann plates

Japanese brand Rickside Design Products has introduced two new option parts for the Team Associated B6 and B6D buggies. First up are 4mm wing mount extensions made of aluminium. The bushings were designed to set the wing further back which can result in improved downforce especially at high speeds while also shifting some weight towards the rear. The mounts are machined from high-quality aluminium, they come black anodised and including longer mounting screws. By using a double layer of bushings the wing can be set at a +8mm offset for even greater influence.

Yeah Racing M05/06 38T gear differential set

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for Tamiya’s M05 and M06 series of M-type cars comes the 38T gear differential set. The diff features an aluminium diff cover to prevent the gear cage from wrapping under load or in hot ambient temperatures while also ensuring a tightly sealing differential. Included are also aluminium outdrives, high-quality POM swingshaft protectors and moulded composite diff internals.

Trion 6000mAh LiHV LiPo battery pack

Trion have introduced their new 6000mAh LiHV standard-size battery pack. Made from high-quality 100C high-voltage Lithium-Polymer cells the battery is of standard 138x47x25.1mm dimensions and it weighs in at 274g for the 4mm connector variant and at 280g equipped with 5mm connectors. Although being a HV battery pack with a nominal voltage of 7.6V, allowing to use it with a charge end voltage of 8.7V, it is also good for the use with standard charge settings and 8.4V charge end voltage as it offers a flat discharge curve for more power towards the end of a run.

Schelle Racing Innovations B6 Extreme 5mm gull tower

Coming from Schelle Racing Innovations and made for gull wing front arm equipped Team Associated B6 buggies is the Extreme front shock tower. Made from premium 5mm carbon fibre and offering an updated design with the outer two shock mounting holes removed and sporting shortened ears, the tower has reduced leverage, adding toughness during hard racing action. Optional holes for the Schelle upper wing mount add versatility and help to fine-tune the aerodynamic performance.

Team Magic E5-series 12mm & 14mm hex adapters

HRC Distribution have introduced several hex wheel adapters for the Team Magic E5-series of monster trucks. Machined from 7075 aluminium and sporting a clamping design the adapters are available as 12mm and 14mm variant to allow mounting Team Magic and also after market wheels. The 14mm adapters are a direct replacement for the stock parts while the smaller 12mm variants allow the use of other brand’s wheels. The hex adapters come in sets of four and in silver or black colour.
