Japanese company Axon have introduced their new World Spec SH touring car springs. Made for the use with “short” touring car shocks the springs offer the highest possible precision and they come in five different hardnesses of C2.4 up to C2.8. The titan-colour springs are colour-coded for easy identification and they are usable for carpet and asphalt racing alike.

Trinity have announced the addition of a dedicated VTA motor to their ReVtech 24K line up. The motor will be based off the new ROAR VTA specifications which are ROAR’s first attempt to recognise this popular spec racing class and it should become available in early March.

New from Hard Racing comes the Cheng-Ho extra large hauler bag. Sized to carry 1/8th trucks the bag measures 787x330x430mm and it also takes a range of accessories, parts and more, allowing to use it for travels with your RC gear also. The bag is made from tough 1000 Denier nylon, it features zippers made for the use with safety lockers and three sturdy wheels for easy handling.
SMC have introduced the Totemic 2-pole 540-size sensored brushless motor. The motor’s power band has been tuned to provide a very classic brushless feel with a smooth bottom end, hearty mid range and a brutal top end. Available in 9.5T to 5.5T variants, the 9.5T, 8.5T and 7.5T motors are equipped with 12.3mm diameter rotors, which testing proved to be the best suited for 2WD applications. The 6.5T and 5.5T motors are equipped with 12.5mm diameter rotors for 4WD applications where a harder hitting bottom end can be useful. The motor design has the stator wind only displayed on the stator through the side windows, allowing the stators to be changed and easily keep track of the motor wind.
Coming from Futaba is the S9372SV high-voltage standard size servo. Developed with 1/8th competition racing in mind, the servo features tough titanium gears, dual ball bearings, a torque of up to 24.6kg-cm and a speed of 0.06s while it is also programmable, with many different, adjustable parameter settings. With the S-Link servo programming software, users can customise servo travel, torque and smoothness to satisfy any application or personal preference.

Flash Point have new pre-oiled air filters for a range of off-road vehicles as well as .21 exhaust gaskets available. Starting with the air filters, they come in packs of four and in a specified Mugen or a general variant with the latter being usable with 8ight, RC8B3 and D815 vehicles. The 2-stage filters come pre-oiled and they allow for exceptional airflow and maximum engine protection. Also new are the high temperature .21 exhaust gaskets that can be used where the tuned pipe manifold attaches to the rear of the engine. The gasket is also good for tuned pipe exhaust systems to seal the connection between the pipe and the manifold.
Coming from Xray and made for the XB2 2WD buggy is an extra strong rear wing made from genuine Lexan material. The thicker 1.5mm polycarbonate material makes for increased stability, durability and lifespan of the wing and it can also improve traction due to more efficient aerodynamics, but at the same time steering might be slightly reduced. The wing fits the XB2 and all buggies with comparable wing mounts.

Exotek have introduced the Exo22SCT aluminium and carbon fibre conversion kit for the TLR22SCT and SCT 2.0. With its simple and efficient layout, the chassis design offers improved rearward weight positioning of the battery and electronics to better suit a variety of track conditions while also allowing for the faster and easier to drive side ways mounted shorty battery positioning. The chassis set includes the machined and black anodised 2.5mm 7075 aluminium main chassis, 5mm carbon side rails and a redesigned battery mount that also acts as the top deck. The increased chassis footprint allows for more electronic layout options and proper weight balancing while maintaining a low centre of gravity. The conversion kit is available soon and it requires a TLR22SCT or SCT 2.0 truck in mid motor configuration.
