Pro-Line NT48 Enforcer bodyshell

Pro-Line NT48 Enforcer bodyshell

Tailor-made for Tekno RC’s NT48 1/8th scale nitro truggy is Pro-Line’ latest Enforcer-seried bodyshell. From the mind of Ty Tessmann and inspired from the success of the Type-R buggy body, the Enforcer has a meaner and more angular front end look with swooping roof and bed sections for improved airflow and high-speed stability. The hood of the body is steeper to create more downforce over the front wheels for more steering and faster lap times. On top of that the body is meant to be more durable than the kit body, allowing you to hit the track harder. As usual the body comes made from high-quality clear Lexan material and including window masks and decal sheets.

Procircuit 1/8th PCX buggy wheels & closed cell inserts

Procircuit 1/8th PSX buggy wheels & closed cell inserts

Modelix introduce new Procircuit wheels and closed cell inserts for 1/8th scale buggies. Starting with the wheels, the PCX rims are of a new lightweight design, scrubbing around 20 percent of weight compared to the previous wheels for a lower rotation mass and faster acceleration. Made from a different material the rims also flex more which improves traction in low-grip conditions as well as jump landing. Radial ribs help to keep the foam insert in place while a new glue catch makes for easier and tidier tyre gluing. The wheels are available in sets of four in white or fluorescent yellow colour.

Team Associated RC8B3 Team Kit 1/8th nitro buggy

Following a first teaser Team Associated have released the full details in their all-new RC8B3 1/8th scale nitro off-road buggy. Completely designed from the ground up the buggy builds on a hard-anodised 7075-T6 aluminium chassis designed for optimum weight distribution, ground clearance, and better overall handling. As a result, the buggy is meant to change directions faster, and to be more compliant and stable in rough terrain. The RC8B3 has also received an updated suspension that features a pillow-ball front upright for maximum steering and durability. Refined 16mm Big Bore hard-anodised aluminium threaded shocks and 3.5mm alloy shock shafts provide plush suspension travel. The RC8B3 features precision universal drive shafts front and rear to keep suspension travel free through the entire stroke. The kit comes including a Pro-Line RC8B3 clear body and Team Associated moulded wing.

JConcepts Dirt-Tech steering wheel foam grip

New from JConcepts comes the Dirt-Tech steering wheel foam grip. The durable, gray coloured material made famous as tyre inserts has now reached the all important steering wheel for radios. Shepherd Velox V10 Pro 1-piece engine mount

Shepherd Velox V10 Pro 1-piece engine mount

Shepherd introduce a new option part for the Velox V10 Pro 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road kit. The 1-piece engine mount with various flex options will stiffen up the rear end of the chassis for more constant rear traction especially in fast corners on high-grip tracks. Fixed with the four screws of the standard engine mounts the rear end is just a little bit stiffer while still allowing for longitudinal flex. To increase the stiffness even more the engine mount can be fixed with another three screws, two under the radio plate and one under the gear shaft. The option part is available from now on and fits all Velox V10 Pro 2015 or older spec models equipped with the team edition chassis plate.

Serpent 748 TQ rear chassis stiffener set

Serpent 748 TQ rear chassis stiffener set

New from Serpent and made for the 748 TQ 200mm nitro on-road car is a rear chassis stiffener set. Designed to connect the radio plate with the right hand 2-speed bulkhead the link is best used on high-bite tracks that can put a lot of stress on the chassis during hard braking. The stiffener prevents unwanted flex for an improved brake feeling and it mounts directly to the 748 TQ and it can also be used on standard 748’s if equipped with the TQ’s right hand bearing and brake holder or in case some DIY work is carried out on the standard part.
