Panther introduce the Rattler ST tyre for 1/10th stadium trucks. Designed for blue grooved and hard packed tracks the tyre offers high forward traction and side bite and fits any stadium truck rim. The tyre will become available from March in Panther’s full line of rubber compounds.

RB introduce their new line of BXR .21 long-stroke off-road engines. All of them feature a CNC-machined piston, lightened 14.5mm turbo crankshaft, turbo combustion camber insert with O-ring, dust-protected front bearings, a lightweight low CG cooling head and a 9mm composite carburettor with 6mm, 7mm and 8mm venturi inserts. First up is the BXR SLSDI5 super long stroke engine. Featuring a 5+2 port MES technology liner and RB’s direct intake system the engine offers increased throttle response and top speed making it ideal for tight high-grip tracks that also have long straights. The engine is made for the use in buggies and truggies.

Reflex Racing introduce the RSD TC6.2 spring set for Team Associated’s latest electric touring car. Containing four different rates of 13.0, 14.0, 15.0 and 16.0 lbs the set is designed to cover the needs of carpet and asphalt racing alike without being too complicated. The springs are made from optimised diameter spring steel, 25mm long and they offer an oversize diameter of 13.5mm. They are meant to provide better bump compliance, more corner speed, a smoother feel and better fitment. Black of colour the springs are colour-coded for easy identification and the set is available now.

Following the release of the Pin Point carpet tyres for 1/10 scale buggies Pro-Line now also introduce an 1/8 buggy variant. Designed to excel on artificial surfaces such as carpet, astro turf and wooden floor the tyre comes as pair in Pro-Line’s new Z3 compound and includes a set of blue closed cell inserts.

RPM soon have this cool looking fake side exhaust available. The through-the-body mock exhaust tips are a simple, ultra-lightweight scale accessory designed to look like a set of side exhaust pipes are cut through the body, exiting from some custom flanges that provide a detailed, 3D oval exhaust appearance. When used on 1/10th vehicles the exhaust resemble a 3″ pipe while the flange surrounding the pipe is a design that supports the pipe, yet provides a shoulder for the body mount to keep the pipe in place. Each exhaust kit comes with two complete exhaust tips and instructions for properly mounting the tips to the body.
Pro-Line was busy adding more short course related option parts to their already impressive line-up by introducing new carbon fibre parts for their Pro-2 truck kit along two new tyres and pre-cut bodyshells. Starting with the parts for the Pro-2 short course truck, first up are front and rear shock tower braces cut from high-quality carbon fibre. The braces are ideal for high-bite track conditions as they reinforce the suspension assembly for a more consistent handling as it eliminates unwanted flex. Available as separate front and rear part the braces are direct bolt-ons. Also new is the a carbon fibre transponder mount that attached right on top of the servo mounts. While adding a certain amount of rigidity, it first and foremost acts as a sturdy base for your personal transponder. Like the shock tower braces the PT mount is a direct bolt-on.

Pro-Line’s Phantom design bodyshell, originally designed for the Tamiya 201 and Kyosho RB6, soon is also available for the Team Associated B44.2 and B5 buggies. Sculptured using the ideas of Pro-Line driver Lee Martin the bodies sport a unique design featuring a stealthy cab forward look and sweeping body lines that flow back to a single point. The optional centre fin adds additional high speed stability and the bodies are available soon for the B44.2 and B5 rear motor buggy.

Panther introduce the Ocelot, a 1/10th buggy rear tyre with an array of small and dense squared pins for high forward traction and a consistent side bite feel. Designed for both indoor and outdoor tracks the tread will excel in dusty to loamy conditions and is therefore available in Panther’s full range of compounds from medium soft to super soft including a special clay rubber for indoor tracks.
