Schumacher Cat SX LiPo options

Schumacher Cat SX LiPo options

Schumacher have released a number of new optional parts for their Cat SX buggy, a car which we reviewed a while back. First up is an alternative LiPo friendly chassis, that improves the location of the batteries when using cells such as LRP/Nosram/Orion, which typically have the location bumps on the bottom. For flat type batteries that don’t have the cell bumps in the case there is the new battery strap that uses double sided impact pads to locate the flat type battery’s without the need to use regular LiPo locators which would normally be glued to the bottom of the battery. The new strap comes off with ease and allows the battery’s use in other models more easily. Finally there is a new LiPo friendly top deck that allows the easier use of a 4mm connector lead actually through the hole in the top deck directly into the battery eliminating clearance issues for LiPo packs without leads. All items are manufactured using Schumacher’s aero grade carbon fibre and are now in stock.

Yeah Racing F103 chassis options

Yeah Racing have announced a number of new after market items for the F103 chassis including this aluminium knuckle arm & servo saver set. This set aims at improving the performance of the F1 chassis by introducing various adjustable setting functions such as the camber angles, which can be changed by the installation of 3 different angle (-1°, -2°, -3°) steering blocks. Also the length of the aluminium front knuckle arm is adjustable in order to set up different toe-in and toe-out angles of the wheel and finally an extra o-ring is included to allow the chassis height to be raised or lowered. Yeah Racing have also designed a new rear single piece aluminium motor mount for the F103RM and GT, which is super lightweight, stiff and allows the rear wing to be adjustable.
