Powers Perfect Discharger

Powers International of Japan have released their own brand discharger, called suitably enough, the Perfect Discharger. This simple object plugs into your 4 to 8 cell battery pack, handling voltages of 4.8v to 9.6v, and discharges it at a rate of 1A and when the temperature gets too hot, it will automatically lower the discharge to 0.3A. When the pack is discharged it will automatically shut off and sound a beeper, as well as a light a built in LED, to tell you its done.

Futaba BLS351 & BLS451 servos

Futaba have announced the release of 2 new brushless, metal gear, high torque servos, the super high torque BLS351 and the smaller but faster BLS451, both of which are perfect for on and off road gas racing. With their brushless motors, these servos will last more than five times longer than servos with brushed motors, plus the motor design allows these servos to run cooler for better reliability.

Much More continue with their product launches this week with todays release of their new brush setter stand. Designed to work with Much More’s current range of brush setters and cutting blades, this stand makes that job much easier by holding your motor tight and stable. Supplied in anodised blue, it somes complete with wires.

Associated Factory Team Diff & Shock Fluids

Associated have announced the release of these new diff and shock fluids under their Factory Team brand. The diff fluid is for use in gear differentials, such as those found in their soon the be released RC8 buggy, with this silicone based fluid being made available in all popular grades from 1000 to 10000cst. Also released today is 2 new additions to their range of silicone shock fluid, 45WT (575cst) and 55WT (725cst). Both products are sold in 2oz. bottles and both are available in July.

Much More LiPo receiver pack

Much More have released more products today, starting off with this 7.4V 300MAh LiPo receiver pack that comes complete with switch and plugs. As with all Much More LiPo’s these are equipped with high and low voltage protector circuit and you can charge them with any type of charger. Also announced today was the release of the version 3.2 of their Motor Master Platinum as well as the first information of the new tire balancer that we showed you some time back.

Associated RC18R Niteline RTR

Last weekend we told you about the Niteline RC18R from Team Associated, and now they have released a large action shot of the car as well as a studio picture to give a better look at this cartoon style Nissan Skyline body. The Niteline is the latest addition to a large range of RC18 chassis’, following on from the multi terrain rally versions and the previous buggy, stadium truck and monster truck versions.

Just like its cousins the 18T, 18B and 18MT, everything is included-the car, transmitter, motor, battery and charger are all in the box at no extra cost. All you’ll need to do is charge the included race pack and add eight double A batteries and you are racing!
