Pilot RC Twelve Seventeen tyre prep/sander tool

Coming from Pilot RC Products is their new Twelve Seventeen tyre prep and sander tool for 1/10th and 1/8th scale wheels. In-house designed by the Pilot race team and machined in the USA, the tool is a high-grade tyre bit that can go from 12mm hexes for 1/10th scale vehicles to 17mm hexes for 1/8th scale off-road and GT vehicles. By simply undoing a set screw the 17mm adapter or 12mm hex can be chosen by simply sliding the 17mm part over the 12mm hex. To ensure long term durability the bit and 17mm adapter are machined from stainless steel. Included comes a large quick-change hand nut that is milled from high grade 7075 aluminium and that allows for fast, and precise wheel changes.

Picco Rebel XL off-road pullstart engine

Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco Rebel XL off-road pullstart engine for 1/8th buggies and trucks. The upsized, non-race-legal engine is of a 3-ports design for maximum performance and a smooth power delivery with extra vertical ports making for additional oomph as it is needed for heavy monster trucks and all-purpose bashing. Utilising new 2019/20 materials and machining the European-made power plant offers super long life and durability and it is available now.

Raw Speed Assassin 1/8th buggy tyre

Available now from Raw Speed is their all-new Assassin 1/8th buggy tyre. Of a medium pin size design, the tyre utilise a new generation carcass that provides a smoother, more balanced feel on the track while also generating more consistent cornering over a longer time. Axon 1/10th TC machined precision rod guides

Coming from Axon and usable for a range of 1/10th touring cars are their new precision machined shock rod guides. The parts ensure an optimised O-ring seal seat for less friction, better sealing and an overall improved shock performance and the guides are usable for Axon’s own High Big Bore and Revoshock dampers as well as Yokomo BD9, Infinity IF14 and Tamiya TRF 419XR kits.

Yeah Racing 4-Tec 2.0 aluminium centre shaft

Yeah Racing have introduced an aluminium centre driveshaft for the Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 on-road car. Machined from high-quality aluminium and coming anodised blue or black the shaft is a drop fit and a welcomed replacement of the standard composite item. Using the metal centre driveshaft will improve durability and drivetrain efficiency especially when running higher power motors.

MonacoRC Professional electric screwdriver

Coming from MonacoRC is their new Professional electric screwdriver for the use with standard 1/4” power tool tips. Offering a compact size the electric rotary tool fits most tool boxes while not taking much space in the pit area. A non-slip rubber-clad handle and an LED light make for effortless wrenching while the 1/4” quick release collet will accept any 1/4” tool tip. Contact introduce updated A foam 1/12th scale tyres

Contact’s popular “A” foam LMP12 tyres are now available on highest performance black wheels. The A foam is Contact’s most durable, affordable tyre. Perfect for racers that want to go many runs without taking the wheels off the car during weekly club racing. The wear rate of this foam is the lowest in the range, even lower than seen with “T” foam. It rarely offers the overall performance of the others, however in lower traction conditions; occasionally it is a match for the more expensive options. Suggested for use on Primafelt or CRC Black carpet, or when oily additive is in use. The front tyres are available in Double Pink 35 shore, Magenta 32 shore, and Pink 30 shore hardnesses while the rear range includes Magenta 32 shore, Pink 30 shore and Soft Pink 28 shore variants.
