Exotek EFX2 HD front bulkhead

Coming from Exotek is a 1-piece heavy duty aluminium front bulkhead for the Exotek EFX2 chassis conversion kit. The new design greatly increases the durability of the front of the car by removing the brittle plastic arm mounts and at 12g actually weighs less than the stock components. A simplified single-piece bulkhead design makes for tweak free geometry after race contact and with easier maintenance and assembly when in the pits. The all 7075 aluminium construction comes with a black polished finish and silver chamfered edges for a clean factory racing look.

Monaco RC 40mm mid motor Air Conveyor

Coming from Monaco RC and made for the latest generation of mid motor electric touring cars is the 40mm Air Conveyor. The electronic layouts of mid motor cars, that swap the position of the motor and speed controller compared to standard “rear motor” touring cars, call for differently designed cooling fan ducts with Monaco RC’s mid motor air conveyor offering cut outs for the fan’s power wires, resulting in cleaner wiring, better looks and improved functionality. The air conveyor is made of 3-D-printed high-quality material and it is usable with standard 40mm fan units.

PSM B74 DTC aluminium main chassis plate

PSM have announced the release of their new DTC Delta Traction Characteristics aluminium main chassis plate for the Team Associated B74 buggy. Developed to improve the B74’s performance, especially in medium to low grip track conditions, the DTC chassis features delta shaped pockets to provide soft torsional flex characteristics along with consistent performance. The soft flex allows the buggy to generate more mechanical grip, which is very helpful in low grip conditions and/or when running on tight and technical tracks. A special coating process provides a stealth black look along with super smooth surface finish. An additional PTFE coating makes for optimised surface gliding characteristics. The chassis features a unique LCG weight distribution system, which allows the owner to add up to 24 optional weight inlays, a total of 34g, at predefined locations with out modifying the torsional characteristics of the chassis or adding up to its original thickness. Thanks to this the driver can fine-tune the balance the chassis pretty easily. The additional brass weights are available in gold or silver colour, depending on the driver’s colour taste.

Zero Tribe T4 Mid aluminium chassis – Coming soon

Zero Tribe have announced the forthcoming release of an aluminium main chassis plate for their Xray T4 Mid mid-motor chassis conversion kit. The lower main plate comes machined from 2.0mm aluminium and its design allows for optimised flex characteristics when running in medium-high to very high-bite track conditions, ensuring optimsed balance and an easier to drive car. The release is scheduled for mid-October.

Samix Enduro titanium link sets

Samix have announced the release of three different titanium suspension link sets for the Element RC Enduro trail trucks. Available are a 2-piece long and short steering link set, an 8-piece high-clearance front and rear lower link kit, as well as a 10-piece set containing all of the above. The links are machined from high-quality titanium material for a low weight and exceptional stability and they come with etched markings for easy identification. The parts fit the standard Enduro rod ends and the suspension links make for a 313mm wheelbase configuration.

Tekno NB48 2.0 1/8th nitro off-road buggy – Coming soon

Tekno RC have announced the soon release of their new NB48 2.0 1/8th scale nitro off-road buggy. Utilising a completely new platform compared to the previous .4 kit, the 2.0 prototype was tested extensively by Tekno RC’s world wide team of factory drivers and it will be based on a new 3mm CNC-machined 7075 aluminium hard-anodised and lightened chassis. Other features include independent servo mounts with decoupled battery and radio boxes, CNC 7075 shock towers, pivot blocks, and motor mounts, rear hub and arm inserts for adjustable roll centre and toe, a long arm, narrow pivot suspension geometry, 1-piece wing mount and ultra-lightweight wing as well as a 2nd generation quick fuelling body. Tamiya TB-05 alloy motor & spur gear mounts

Tamiya have announced the soon release of new aluminium option parts for the shaft-driven TB-05 touring car. First up is the integrated motor plate that incorporates a built-in motor spacer and heatsink, ensuring improved rigidity, easier assembly and better heat dissipation. The motor plate comes blue anodised and including mounting hardware.
