Speedmaster Japan have introduced their new high-quality muffler towel. Orange of colour and coming with the SMJ logo, the Japan-made towel measures 1080x205mm and it is of a very soft grip and offers good water absorbency, making it ideal for many cleaning purposes.

Yokomo have introduced the YD-2RR rear motor conversion kit for the YD-2E and YD-2S RWD drift car kits. The set includes new gearbox halves that use a reduced amount of idler gears for better throttle response while an updated motor position, with the motor sitting closer to the rear axle, eliminates the unwanted pendulum effect. The newly designed “swingable” motor plate allows to rotate the motor in order to access different throttle and weight balance setups for a range of track conditions and a resin rear chassis brace offers controlled chassis flex for improved rear end response. The set is rounded out by a set of spacers that brings the body posts to the previous position as the shock tower is moved forward to make way for the spur gear. The conversion is a direct fit on the YD-2E and will fit the YD-2S using optional parts such as the E series upper decks, the Y2-303AR alloy or Y2-303MR plastic rear brace supports and and battery holder.
Coming from DMS Partz are new 4.8mm swaybar balls with 2mm holes for the Corally SBX-410 4WD buggy. The black anodised balls feature a 2mm centre hole to accept larger size sway bars which comes in when running in high to very high bite track conditions. The swaybar balls come in sets of four and they are available now.

In 2015, Mercedes-Benz released the limited-production G 500 4×4² to stake its claim as the ultimate off-road vehicle. Outfitted with a powerful V8 engine, dynamic 4WD system, and military-grade portal axles, the G 500 4×4² had no equal. Traxxas honours the rich history of the G-Class with this highly-detailed RC replica. Based on the class-leading TRX-4, the Traxxas Mercedes-Benz G 500 4×4² features portal axles, a high/low transmission, and locking differentials for all-terrain capability. Outfitted with 2.6” replica wheels and tyres, chrome grill and skid plate, and a full complement of scale details, the TRX-4 Mercedes-Benz G 500 4×4² combines iconic style with the toughness and technology of the TRX-4 Scale and Trail crawler. Following their B74 Extra and Mid hole front shock towers, Bezerk from Australia now also introduced a standard front shock stay for Team Associated’s B74 buggy. The part matches the standard kit geometry, however an updated shape adds strength up top for improved reliability when the going gets tough. The shock tower is available in heavy duty 5.0mm or lightweight 4.0mm thickness.

RC Maker have introduced their new Pro battery voltage checker. Designed for use with 1S to 2S LiPos, it gives a two decimal place reading on the voltage of the battery; handy for making sure the pack is under voltage before heading to tech, setting charger peak and also making sure it is not a flat battery that is put in the car. The device features a stealth’d-out design with flexible quality wire and stepped 4/5mm plugs to suit all batteries.
Leadfinger Racing have added the popular HB Racing D817T to their Strife line up of truck bodies. The lid is a drop fit for both the standard truck and vehicles using HB Racing’s upgrade front shock tower with LFR having added better front shock tower clearance for less wear and better flex. The straight, clean lines are giving the truck an aggressive look while keeping a traditional truck styling. Each Strife body comes in clear, ready for paint and with window masks, front grill, headlight and LFR stickers provided. The body is usable with nitro and electric trucks and it is available from now on.
RC-Carbonstore have introduced their revolutionary Rebellion-RC Aero suspension arm set for the Xray T4 touring car. Developed in Austria and extensively tested at international events such as the recent ETS season finale at the Hudy Racing Arena, the front and rear arms make use of a radical, aerodynamic design that helps to keeping the car more planted, countering traction rolling in high-grip traction conditions and high speed corners while adding to the overall downforce. The arms are 3-D-printed from high-quality PA12 material, making them extremely durable and precise while the included carbon fibre arm stiffeners add extra rigidity, keeping the arms from flexing under load without adding too much unsprung weight. The arms also support a new low centre of gravity shock position, lowering the car’s overall centre of gravity by setting the shocks about 6mm lower compared to the original shock position. To access the new shock position, the set includes -6mm front and rear carbon fibre shock towers that utilise a revised shock geometry for a more linear shock action. The kit is rounded out by a set of front chassis flaps that are added in the steering area. A chassis drill jig comes includes with the conversion kit. The set uses the original Xray swaybar ball cups for an easy upgrade and it is available in a total of twelve different carbon fibre weave colours from now on.
