Viktor Wilck teams up with Infinity

Creation Model have announced the signing of Swedish electric on-road ace, Viktor Wilck to their factory team. The former Serpent driver, who claimed back-to-back podium finishes at the most recent Electric Touring Car World Championships in South Africa, joins former team-mate Marc Rheinard, Akio Sobue and Yannic Prumper to further strengthen the Japanese manufacturer’s Touring Car programme. A multiple ETS race winner, Wilck will make his race debut with the team at the second round of the championship in Daun, Germany, next month as they strives to add the Euro Touring Series title to their IF14’s list of achievements. Commenting on his move to the Reedy Race and TITC winning manufacturer, Wilck said:

I am very pleased to be joining the Infinity team. I have seen the dedication and professionalism going into the team and products. I know Infinity will keep improving and give me the best package for the upcoming season. I would like to thank Infinity and especially Kenji Taira for this opportunity and I am looking forward to the next years together.

SWorkz S35-3 Worlds rear end conversion kit

SWorkz have introduced the Jörn Neumann Edition Worlds rear end conversion kit for the S35-3 1/8th off-road buggy. The set includes new rear lower arms, rear uprights, wheel hex adapters and several other parts that help to increase the buggy’s rotation in tight and twisty tracks, such as the 2018 IFMAR Worlds track in Perth, Western Australia. Using the parts will free-up the rear end while adding steering and while the set is the go-to solution on smaller, tighter tracks, it is better to stay with the usual setup on normal tracks, according to SWorkz’s Jörn Neumann. The set is a direct fit with everything included for the conversion and it is available now.

O.S. Engines R21 Hasi Tuned on-road engine

Multiple World Championship finalist, Silvio Hächler, is entering the 1/8th nitro on-road market with his own brand and the new O.S. based R21 Hasi Tuned 3.5cc engine. Made to the exact same specifications Silvio utilised in China last November where he TQ’d the SIGP race, the engine is based on the latest O.S. R21 Euro Spec variant and it is available only as combo set including the M2001SC manifold and T-2080SC exhaust pipe. The engine is professionally tuned, offering a differently timed crankshaft, modified case and sleeve. The specifications aim to increase end speed on large tracks, giving extra power over the whole RPM range. The easily recognisable engines come with a modified cooling head and they are pre-run-in in order to offer uncompromised performance on the track. Sweep have introduced their new EXP-Mini Pro Compound tyres for the ever growing M-class. Developed in order to offer improved traction and durability, the tyres are perfectly suited for front, rear or all-wheel-driven cars. Yeah Racing Claws 1.9” crawler tyres

Coming from Yeah Racing are their new Claws 1.9” crawler tyres. Made from a soft compound rubber and including specific foam inserts the tyres offer exceptional traction on a wide range of surface conditions. The tyres feature a 118mm outer diameter and they are usable with most 1.9” crawler and trail truck wheels.

VRP TLR 22 5.0 XV3 shock pistons

VRP has released the updated 1/10th XV3 piston for the all-new TLR 22 5.0 Buggy. The patented split valve design creates a more durable and consistent piston like the VRP 1/8th XV3 pistons. In addition, the sidewall has been updated to a low friction design which makes for the smoothest stroke possible. The pistons will be made in 2 and 3-hole variant, with splits and +1mm variants as well.

Team C Racing NSX M-type body shell

Coming soon from Team C Racing is a NSX body shell for210mm wheelbase M-type cars. The body adds to Team C’s growing range of M-class 210mm and 225mm wheelbase shells and it offers some great details. The body will include an add-on rear wing and it will hit stores soon.
