Coming from Traxxas and made for their ground-breaking Unlimited Desert Racer are new satin black chrome chassis parts. A direct replacement for the standard black items the satin black chrome chassis and suspension parts add a cool new look the the truck as do the alternative colour silver, red or blue inner panels. All parts can be mixed and matched as needed and some of the sets also include the required hardware.
Coming from T-Works and made for Creation Model’s Infinity IF15 200mm nitro touring car is a 5-piece titanium turnbuckle set. The links are made of high-quality 64 Grade titanium and the set includes a total of five spanners with the short upper links featuring a 2mm hex socket head for easier building. Also included in the set is a 4mm wrench.

Think RC have announced the release of two conversion kits for the Mugen Seiki MTC1 touring car. The first kit is a 38T pulley conversion to improve the drivetrain efficiency of the car. It’s well known that bigger drive pulleys helps to increase the drivetrain efficiency, by reducing the tension the belts can run under without experiencing skipping. For stock classes this is especially important, as it helps to improve top speed. Longer front and rear belts are also provided to work with the larger pulleys. The kit also includes 1mm bulkhead spacers to lift the diffs, which offers improved corner speed over the kit positions. Finally, 1mm lower shock towers are also included. The lower height maintains current shock positions, and have been revised to provide the required clearance for the 38T pulleys. The rear tower also has an update shape for improved stiffness, providing more on-power stability.
PR Racing have released a first of what is expected to be their forthcoming SB401 Type R 1/10th 4WD buggy. The vehicle will add to PR Racing’s line of Type R competition kits and is understood to come with a range of high-performance features right out of the box. Coming soon from Mugen are three new hauler bags in different sizes. The largest is a 3-drawer 580x360x545mm bag, perfect for all 1/8th buggies thanks to its triple 160mm tall drawers. A bit smaller is the 2-drawer 580x360x370mm bag for 1/8th on-road kits while the the 1/10th scale 3-drawer variant measures a narrower but taller 510x320x440mm, featuring a 100mm, a 130mm and a 170mm drawer. All three are made of tough and reinforced fabric material and they sport sturdy handles for easy transportation as well as the iconic Mugen 3-dot logo for looks.

Made for Yokomo’s popular BD8-2018 touring car are Vigor RC’s new carbon fibre main chassis, top deck and shock towers. The chassis is of an updated design with larger cut-outs under the diffs for increased torsional flex and thus improved steering and traction in lower bite track conditions. The chassis is cut from 2.25mm high-quality carbon fibre and a direct fit. Also new is a narrow-design 2.0mm carbon fibre upper deck. The item sports updated outlines for an overall slimmer appearance and thus increased torsional flex, again helping with steering and traction in lower grip conditions. A direct replacement for the standard upper deck the part can be mixed and matched with any chassis type. Last but not least come new front and rear shock towers for the use with short shock absorbers.
Vigor RC have introduced their new multi carbon battery mount for the Infinity IF14 touring car. The tweak-free battery mounting system is constructed from carbon fibre and aluminium and it does away with the need to use tape to strap the battery into the chassis in favour of a mount that only slightly touches the upper parts of the battery. The result is more natural and equal flex left to right while the overall design also allows to shift the battery forth and back in order to fine-tune the car’s weight balance.
T-Works have introduced a 14-piece set of 64 Grade titanium ball ends for the Team Associated B6.1 series of buggies. The set includes high-quality titanium ball ends that reduce both the overall weight and improve corrosion resistance compared to the standard steel items while also adding visual impact. The set fits both the B6.1 and B6.1D and it is available now.
