ECX Ruckus MT & SCT V4 RTR trucks

Coming soon from Horizon Hobby are the new ECX Ruckus V4 MT and SCT 1/10th scale 4WD ready-to-run trucks. The factory-assembled trucks feature permanent 4WD, full ball bearings, long-travel suspension components with fluid-filled shock absorbers as well as a quick release battery system, a high-torque 13T motor and Dynamite electronics. The latest generation also comes with new body shell designs and throttle limiter switch to ensure even entry level drivers can handle the vehicles with ease. Not included in the latest V4 generation are the needed NiMH battery and a suitable charger.

Team Associated B6.1, T6.1 & SC6.1 chassis decals

Team Associated have introduced their new chassis protective decals for the B6.1, T6.1 and SC6.1 off-road kits. Whether raced indoor or outdoor, protecting the chassis from premature wear will improve its lifespan and help maintain performance. The Factory Team pre-cut chassis sheets are made from adhesive-backed 18-mil vinyl and offer a protective surface while looking trick with intricate details for that Factory Driver look. The sheets are printed in gloss black and include two extra tail sections to replace as they wear.

7075.it Air Killer Buggy vacuum pump

7075.it’s Air Killer shock and differential vacuum pump is now also available in a taller version for the use with longer buggy shock absorbers. The tool helps to remove unwanted air bubbles in shock absorbers and gear differentials and it even comes in handy for the current trend of leaving a small amount of air in off-road shock absorbers as it allow for better control and an equal amount in all two or four shocks.

Dash Ultra 30mm black golden ESC fan

Arrowmax have introduced their new Dash 30mm aluminium fan for the use with their range of brushless speed controllers. The fan unit is housed in a machined aluminium case for high durability and professional looks and it features Dash’s signature black and golden anodising. The high-speed fan greatly improves heat dissipation with the fan’s alloy case further improving the cooling effect, it is a direct fit for Dash’s BL speedos and many other speed controllers and it comes including four gold colour mounting screws.

Yeah Racing Hackmoto 550-class brushed motor

Coming from Yeah Racing is the new Hackmoto 550-class brushed motor for trail trucks and crawlers. Offering a comparable diameter to a 540-size motor the can of the 550 is somewhat longer for a stronger magnetic field and thus improved torque. High-strength magnets further up the available performance and the motor, that is available in 35T, 21T and 12T specification, comes with Tamiya-standard pre-soldered bullet-type connectors.

2018 Shizuoka Hobby Show – Kyosho

Kyosho, beside Tamiya, are another big player that lacks to present ground breaking new kits at this week’s Shizuoka Hobby Show, however a couple of new items are on show such as an exquisitely looking NSX GT3 body shell for 200mm cars or the refurbished and already introduced Inferno Neo 3.0 1/8th nitro off-road buggy. Apart from that Kyosho are celebrating their hugely popular Mini-Z micro cars, that are around for nearly 20 years now, with several new body shell variants.

2018 Shizuoka Hobby Show – 3Racing

3Racing have several new items in show at the Shizuoka Hobby Show such as the Sakura FGX Evo formula kit. The vehicle sports a moulded monocoque chassis, in—line front and rear shock absorbers, a mid-rear motor layout and front and rear swaybars. Also on show is the Kit-Mini MG M-type 1/10th chassis with front motor, three wheelbase settings, fibreglass chassis and top deck as well as full ball bearings and front and rear swaybars. Last but not least is the Civic TCR M-chassis body shell with moulded side mirrors and rear wing as well as a comprehensive decal sheet.

Trinity Monster Horsepower pit mats

Coming from Trinity are their new Monster Horsepower pit mats in two dimensions. The larger one measures roughly 104x69cm while the smaller one comes out at 50x40cm. Both are made of gaming-grade mouse pad material, they sport vibrant full-colour prints and are they thin, lightweight, flexible, easy to fold, store, and carry.
