Revolution Design Racing Products from Germany has introduced two new aluminium option parts for the Yokomo YZ-4 SF off-road buggy in the form of an aluminium steering plate and aluminium steering bell cranks. Starting with the steering plate, the part is machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and it replaces the standard carbon fibre part with the alloy plate, improving stability and steering precision. In addition the updated design does away with the kit’s sloppy bushing and shim construction in favour of highly precise ball bearings which results in less play, more precision, an overall improved steering feeling and virtually no wear. The steering plate comes black anodised to match the remainder of the buggy’s alloy parts.
New from Ruddog Products comes a clear double sided tape for a wide range of applications. Coming as convenient 100cm rolls the clear silicone tape offers a comparable thickness to standard foam tapes, however it is much easier to remove from the chassis and electronics while still offering loads of bonding strength for demanding off-road and on-road applications. The somewhat thin tape keeps the electronics as low as possible for minimal influence on the car’s overall centre of gravity and at 25mm width it is ideal for speed controllers, receivers, personal transponders and many more.

HRC Distribution have introduced their new HRC Racing Mud Country tyres for 1.9” 1/10th scale crawlers. The pre-mounted tyres come on chrome gun metal, chrome silver or black colour wheels and include screw-retained hub caps for a realistic appearance. Xpress have introduced a new aluminium fan mount for the Xpresso K1 and M1 kits. The item is machined from high-quality aluminium and comes black anodised for looks and wear. The mount attaches to the motor mount brace and takes an optional 30mm fan unit that helps to cool the motor when using low turn machines or when running in high ambient temperatures.
Available now from 175RC.com are titanium front axles for the Team Associated RC10F6 formula car. Lighter than steel and stronger than aluminium, these titanium front axles are an easy way to lighten the car and reduce unsprung weight for improved handling and response. The axles come in sets of two and are direct replacements for the standard items.

Leadfinger Racing from the USA have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming A2 Tactic body shell for the Team Associated B64D buggy. The body is of a simplified design yet features some aerodynamic gizmos such as an inverted roof scoop, a raised rear tail section and recessed side pods to further help with straight-line stability. Full details will become available in time for the release.

Coming soon from Tamiya and made for the M-07 Concept M-chassis kit are a high traction chassis as well as reinforced suspension parts. Starting with the chassis, the item is made from a special composite material for optimised flex characteristics and thus improved traction in low grip conditions. The item is a direct replacement for the stock chassis. Also new are carbon fibre reinforced C parts, including the front and rear hubs and the steering blocks, as well as the D parts bag, the suspension arms, also moulded from carbon fibre infused composite material. All parts offer greatly improved stability and they twist much less during cornering for better precision and faster corner speeds.
