BMT 984 hard compound suspension arm set

Italian company BMT has introduced a hard suspension arm set for the 984 1/8th on-road car. Moulded from a harder compound the arms offer increased stiffness compared to the standard parts which results in improved handling and precision when running in high grip and/or high temperature conditions.

Mugen MTC1 Multi Work Board

Mugen Seiki Europe have introduced their new MTC1 Multi Work Board. Based on 4TheTop’s GeometX board, the multi-functional board offers an embedded camber gauge and it is of a new honeycomb design for a low weight and high stability. It measures 430x290mm, it can be used as work and precision setup board and it comes with a MTC1 print, a rubber cover mat and a carrying bag. The bottom side, with machined pockets and measuring gauges, allows for a tidy workspace during building, setup and maintenance. The limited edition board is available now.

Motiv Long Use 2400mAh TX & RX LiPo battery pack

Coming from Motiv is their new Long Use 2400mAh transmitter or receiver LiPo battery pack. Of a straight-type design the battery measures 83x30x16.5mm and it weighs in at 80g. The high capacity cells used to built the pacl ensure runtimes of over an hour in nitro vehicles and multiple hours in transmitters. The 7.4V LiPo pack comes pre-soldered with an industry-standard balancer and universal power connector.

JConcepts B6 Roller Coaster chassis brace

JConcepts now offers a new 3-D-printed chassis brace for the Team Associated B6 chassis, called the roller coaster brace. Available directly through Shapeways, the uniquely shaped and designed brace offers flexibility fore and aft as well as side to side. The part fits directly into the B6 vehicle with laydown style transmission and installs using the standard hardware.

Yeah Racing YD2 carbon fibre chassis & top deck

Made for Yokomo’s YD2 RWD drift car are the new 2.5mm carbon fibre chassis plate and top deck from Yeah Racing. Both parts replace the standard composite pieces and make for an overall increased chassis stiffness while also being more resistant to heat generated by the motor. The chassis, that features milled slots underneath the motor section for improved heat dissipation, and top deck are available separately and they can be used as single item or together in order to achieve the required chassis stiffness.

Muchmore CTXW belt-type tyre warmer elements

Muchmore have introduced belt-type tyre warmer elements for the CTXW and CTXW Pro tyre warmer main units. The size-adjustable elements allow to heat both 1/10th on-road and off-road tyres for improved tyre performance from the get go. The warmers use hock and look straps for steep-less adjustment and they come as pairs.

Kyosho R4 Evo/R4s II brass rear suspension holder

Coming from Kyosho and made for the V-One R4 series of 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road cars is a rear brass suspension mount. The part is machined from high-quality material, it adds 10g to the most rearward point of the chassis and it comes in a natural finish. Adding weight in the rear part of the chassis will increase traction but can also make the car rotate better. The mount is usable for kits such as the R4 Evo, R4 SP, R4, R4s II and R4s.

Xray T4’18 brass motor mount plate

Coming from Xray and made for the T4 2018 touring car is a brass motor mount plate. Designed to replace the standard aluminium item with a heavier part, the plate is cut from high-quality brass and it weighs in at 5.6g. It offers T4’18-specific mounting positions and due to sitting on the centreline of the chassis it does not incidence flex while adding weight in one of the most central parts of the car.
