KO Propo KR-211FH FHSS receiver

The KO Propo KR-211FH 2.4GHz 2-channel micro receiver is making use of KO Propo’s FHSS transmitting technology and is useable with the RF-903FH and RF-904FH modules as well as the EX-1 KIY. It features programmable failsafe, quick binding and dimensions of 29.3×24.4x16mm and a weight of 7.8g.

Sanwa MX-V Radio set

The new Sanwa MX-V works with the Sanwa FHSS-2 2.4GHz technology which guarantees interference-free R/C car fun and a fast response times. A nameable 10 model memory allows an easy and quick change between your models and in addition, the MX-V is compatible with different receivers. It can be operated with the Sanwa RX-442FS and also with the LRP C3-RX. The complete setup works via the multi-functional display, no matter if anti-lock braking system setup, model selection or Expo adjustment, its no problem with the large and clear display. The case is based off the MT-4 and all important functions are arranged intuitively and can be reached without any problems also with small hands.

Futaba 4PK Super R transmitter

Futaba are also at the Shizuoka Hobby show and are showing off their new 4PK Super R pistol grip transmitter. Continuing on a long line of successful 4PK transmitters, the Super R features increased response over its predecessor. Esthetically it is the same as previous versions but is now lighter, featuring titanium screws throughout as well as aluminium nuts and other parts. Other updates include new software, details of which we will get later, and a new steering wheel foam with a combination of hardnesses.

KO Propo EX-1 optional parts

The Shizuoka Hobby show takes place this weekend in Japan and KO Propo will be there showing off a large number of new parts for their recently released EX-1 modular transmitter. First up is the new Kyosho MiniZ specific EX-1 Master Unit for ASF 2.4GHz cars, this is in addition to all the other separate KIY parts such as the standard FHSS Master Unit, the standard steering unit, stick type unit and regular grip unit all of which will be available to buy separately in the next month. The grip unit is also available in a left handed version and for the base of the radio there is the anticipated counter weight set which comprises of two brass weights in 42 and 14.4 grams. Other new parts available next month for the EX-1 include regular and large handle grip sets in grey, green and black.

T-Work’s Savox aluminium servo top cases

New from T-Work’s are these aluminium servo top cases for the Hi Volt line of Savox servos.  Built specifically for the SC-1267MG and SC-1268MG they are made from high grade 7075-T6 aluminium with dual brass bushings for both gear pins providing the best possible fit and heat dissipation properties plus the extra strength will ensure racers will never again break a servo ear during a race. To solve the problem of Savox servo ears being positioned differently to Sanwa or Futaba, T-Work’s have also released a second type of the Alum Top Cap with the sole difference being the servo ears are placed in a similar position to Sanwa or Futaba servos allowing drivers to maintain the same steering exponential when running between Savox or other similar Sanwa/Futaba servos.
