Xceed RC 24pcs tool-set with bag

Xceed have released this tool set which combines a large range of high quality tools and the company’s handy tool bag. The bag features places for all the tools and sports the Xceed logo embroidered on the cover and a business card holder on the rear. The 24 piece too set includes 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm & 3.0mm allen and allen ball wrenches, 4 different flat head and philips head screw drivers, a 5.5mm & 7.0mm nut spinner, exhaust spring tool, glowplug remover, body and arm reamer, flywheel wrench and remover and finally a 3mm turnbuckle wrench. Tamiya 8-piece RC Tool set

New from Tamiya is this handy compact tool set, which includes most of the tools you would ever need when working on your car. Supplied in a base stand with transparent cover, the set includes 2 philips head screw drivers, a flat head screwdriver, a 5.5mm and 7mm nut spinner and a 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm hex driver. Also supplied with the set is a large diameter handle that the tools can sit into to give them more leverage if needed. Available from tomorrow.

Hudy Alu nuts for Set-up triangle

New from Hudy, for use with all of their set-up systems, are these alu nuts for the set-up triangles. These CNC-machined aluminium nuts allow for quick & easy assembly and dis-assembly and have a knurled surface which provides easy grip. This removes the need for a tool when assembling the setup system. Sold in a set of 4 pieces.

Hudy Flat TC Set-up boards

Shown for the first time at the toy fair last month, Hudy have released their new range of touring car setup boards. Suitable for 1/10th and 1/12th scale, they are perfectly flat and so are a dependable reference surface. Exceptionally flat and with a warp-resistant surface, it is easy to clean and now comes in 3 different colour finishes, silver, dark grey and titan.

Hudy Pit bag

Seen for the first time at the toy fair earlier this month, Hudy have released their innovative new pit bag. The first purpose-designed pit bag, it is super lightweight, easy to assemble/disassemble, and is very easy to transport within the outer pockets of your hauler bag (or stored in any regular bag or box). Smartly designed and laid out with open side pockets for items you need to access quickly, tool pockets for engine & carburetor tools (among others), and still more closable pockets for more “expensive” items like thermometers and stop watches. With one large storage compartment designed to precisely fit a 1/8 or 1/10 starter box, the other large storage compartment can be used for spare tires, equipment, and much more. There is even an extra pocket specially designed for a fuel bottle. Another great and unique feature is the adjustable side holder for a quick-fill fuel gun. Being positioned outside the bag interior, there is no more worry about fuel leakage inside the pit bag. The holder can be adjusted to accommodate any type of fuel gun.

Much More Diff Master

Korean company Much More have released their diff master, a tool which helps you rebuild the ball differential on your touring car. These smart tools have two functions, the first is a diff ring holder, with a small magnet on one side, so the diff ring can be attached and held easily for sanding smooth again. The other side of the tool can be used as a diff stand, securely holding the ball diff and stabilizing it while you insert the small diff balls and it also has a pin or a small block to hold the diff nut or screw, so you can reassemble the ball diff very easily. Available in 3 different versions for 3 different cars, the blue version is suitable for the Tamiya TRF416 & TA05, the purple version for the HB Cyclone and the black version for the Xray T2’008 & 009.
