Eagle Racing have announced, on their site, the release of their own branded pair of shock shaft pliers. As everyone knows it is important not to damage the surface of the shock shafts, but this can be difficult to avoid when trying to screw either the pistons or the ball cup to the shaft so these pliers, with their 4 shaft grooves for different diameters, hold the shaft tightly but dont mark it. An essential tool.

We spotted this product via our Japanese partners Kimihiko Yano but we’re not quite sure how new they are, but they look good so we decided we’d show them to you anyway. Made by US company KSG Motorsports, this camber tool was first seen being used by KSG team drivers at the Ovalmasters last November and is now available for everyone to buy, or at least only now in Japan. Available in anodised black or blue, this tool allows you set the front camber and toe angles on your 1/12th scale chassis precisely and easily.

Much More continue with their product launches this week with todays release of their new brush setter stand. Designed to work with Much More’s current range of brush setters and cutting blades, this stand makes that job much easier by holding your motor tight and stable. Much More have announced the details of their newly released Mini-Z car stands as well as their new motor armature holders. The Mini-Z stands have been made from a thick clear plastic and come in 3 base colours, black, blue and purple, and are very flat, perfect for setting up your car. Also new from Much More are these new extras for the armature holders we showed you in March. Available seperately or with a 5 pack of tubes, these new rubber mounts fit into the tubes holding the armature more securly in place, thus protecting it from damage when in your tool box.

Mugen Racing in the US were in touch to let us know about some of their new products available for Mugen racers. First up are these wicked pivot balls for the MBX5-R and MBX5-T that are super light, yet strong, thanks to their unique construction which sees the use of an aluminium ball combined with a steel stud. Next up is a new large Mugen Seiki carrying case which is blue in colour and contains 4 large drawers made from light and durable corrugated plastic material. And finally is the release of 2 new additions to the Mugen tool range with the introduction of a 5.5mm and a 7mm nut wrench.

Robitronic continue to expand their tool range with the introduction of this clutch shoe tool which makes the installation and removal of clutches on engines much easier. Place the clutch shoe and spring on the flywheel pin and press the Clutch Shoe Tool onto the engine shaft. Rotate the tool between the clutch spring and fly wheel nut and press (assembly) or pull (remove) the shoes on the flywheel. Works with 2, 3 and 4-shoe clutches.

EDS tools have announced some new additions to their already wide product range with the addition of 2 new wheel nut spinners and 2 new turnbuckle wrenches. The wheel nut spinners have been made using the familiar red anodising on the handle and the spinner comes in both 17mm and 23mm nut sizes, while the turnbuckle wrenches come in 3mm and 5mm sizes.
