Harley Eldridge joins Xray Factory team

More UK signings for Xray as they have announced that front running Harley Eldridge is joining their Factory Team to race the X4, XB2, and XB4 platforms. The former Yokomo team driver said, ‘Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to MB Models, Mibosport and Team Yokomo for all their support throughout the years. I’m really excited to be joining the factory Xray team and cannot wait to get back on track with the X4, XB2 and XB4. Also a thank you to the Hudy family for their support and believing in me and I hope I can do them proud.’

Mikey Brown joins Schumacher

Schumacher Racing are excited to welcome top USA racer Mikey Brown to the team. Mikey will be a great asset to their team in the US, and will be attending some races at Tacoma RC, including the NIS events (Northwest Indoor Series), April Fools Classic event in Utah and other events around the Northwest. He had the following to say, ‘I’m very excited to announce that I have re-joined the Schumacher team for the 2022-23 race seasons. I can’t wait to see where this season will take me. Ricardo Monteiro joins Xray Factory Team

Xray have announced that one of the top Portuguese drivers Ricardo Monteiro is joining their Factory Team to race the XB8 platform. The multiple Portuguese national champion said, ‘Joining Xray is exactly like coming back home. I had my first r/c contract with them more than a decade ago when I was really young and the connection stayed ever since. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all the experiences I was provided with their support and I always felt like I owed it to them to return one day and give it my absolute best. With the next year being a Euros and Worlds year, and on territories that I already have some experience, I felt like it was a no brainer to jump on board with them and help in anyway Can’t wait to get on track and start creating new and exciting memories with all the Xray family!’

Jonathan Skidmore joins Xray Factory Team

Xray have announced that one of the top UK drivers Jonathan Skidmore is joining their Factory Team to race the XB2, XB4, and XB8 platforms. On the new deal Jonathan said, ‘I am super excited to be joining the Xray factory team, it is known that they work very hard pushing each of their platforms and I feel good to have been given the chance to represent them in UK and Europe. Sunpadow Batteries sign Shin Sawada

Sunpadow have announced that it has signed a contract with Shin Sawada, a young driver from Japan. At only 17 years old, he has already performed very well in major events such as the Japanese Nationals and is definitely a driver to watch. Shin Sawada will use Sunpadow LiPo batteries to participate in all races.

Schumacher sign Daniel Kobbevik

Schumacher Racing have welcomed top Norwegian driver Daniel Kobbevik to their team. Daniel strengthens an already stellar European line up and will be travelling to races Worldwide. He has some great results to his name, TQ and 2nd place 2019 Euro’s 4WD, 4th place IFMAR 2019 Worlds 4WD, Multiple EOS podiums both 4WD and 2WD and 14 times Norwegian National Champion. Daniel had the following to say, ‘2022 will for sure be different and when I got the chance to join the already strong Schumacher team together with Jorn and Michal it was easy to jump on board. It will be exciting to see what we can do together with this new chapter in my career and will also be cool to work close with Tris and the rest of the team. Ryan Cavalieri joins Hobbywing Factory team

Hobbywing have announced that 4-time World champion Ryan Cavalieri has joined their factory team. The TLR driver will use Hobbywing ESCs and motors to participate in all electric car competitions going forward. ‘I’m really excited to be joining Hobbywing and being a part of the family.
