Wolcott Hobbies and Airsoft recently hosted the Connecticut Indoor State Championship. The track was fast with a ton of bite and a nice flowing layout and with over 18 heats the days were long, but fun. In the 2WD class, Team Associated/Reedy driver Alex Kosciuszek set the pace and he took the TQ to start the 6-minute main event. From the start of the race, “Alex K” battled with Team Associated privateer, Kyle Rhodes, but a few mistakes from Rhodes saw Kosciuszek extend his lead and take the victory with Rhodes in second. In the 4WD Modified class it wasn’t even close. Kosciuszek dominated the competition by being the only driver to turn 25 laps. In the main, Alex cruised to an easy win, taking his second victory of the event.
