Novak Havoc Pro SC Brushless ESC

This is their first speed control specifically designed to meet the rigors of short course racing. In fact, it includes everything any short course enthusiast could ever want in a speed control, boasting electronic timing, on-board programming with 14 adjustable parameters, a brand new braking system, and it comes factory wired to the most powerful short course motor available. On top of that, Novak is releasing a Havoc Pro SC/Ballistic 550 Short Course System – 4.5T and a Havoc Pro SC/Ballistic 550 Short Course System – 4.5T TRA, which is specially designed to fit easily into Traxxas Slash 4X4 without soldering.

Team Orion Experience 2 Pro & Vortex 10 motor

The Team Orion Experience 2 Pro is a sensorless brushless speed control for high torque applications delivering maximum acceleration and runtime. Similar to the version announced 2 days ago it too features automatic setup, plug & play technology, but doesn’t come with the Traxxas mount and is equipped with a Deans high power connector. This forward/brake/reverse ESC is made for 6-7 NiMH/NiCd cells and is LiPo/LiFe ready (2-3s) and it delivers 70A continuous and 360A peak current. The new 550 sized Vortex 10 motor is a 2800KV high torque motor designed for the use in off-road applications such as 1/10 scale buggies or short course trucks. It features a robust gun-metal casing, integrated cooling fins, multiple mounting holes and can be used with 6-7cells NiMH/NiCd or 2-3S LiPo/LiFe batteries.

Reedy 40C+ Competition LiPo batteries

After extensive development and track testing, Reedy is proud to announce the release of all-new competition LiPo batteries for the summer racing season. Available in standard and saddle pack configurations, these 40C+ rated batteries deliver generous power and capacity for both on and off road applications. Capacity and power are not the only great features of this battery. Compact dimensions allow for installation in most 1:10 scale vehicles with no modifications. A durable hard case, featuring locking tabs as well as adhesive so that the case halves do not separate, helps protect the battery from damage. The standard version is equipped with convenient 4mm socket-style connections. A free charging harness that incorporates a balance connector for balance charging is included while the saddle packs version features low resistance 12-gauge wires with an integrated balancing harness. Both batteries are ROAR approved and EFRA listed and the #685 is also legal for IFMAR competition.
