Graupner X-8N HoTT 2.4GHz telemetry radio system

Graupner introduce the X-8N 2.4GHz 4-channel pistol grip radio system. Offering a frame rate of 1.5ms, optimised frequency hopping and bi-directional transmitting between transmitter and receiver the radio is both ultra fast while offering maximum transmitting security at the same time. The transmitter features a 128×64 pixel display, intuitive menu control and the ability to convert the radio for right and left hand pilots alike. The telemetry system can be deactivated for competition use and included with the radio comes a 2000mAh NiMH battery pack, a suitable charger, a GR-8 Race receiver and an update wire.

Muchmore 5400mAh Stock Spec LiPo battery

Muchmore introduce the Stock Spec 5400mAh 2S LiPo battery pack for 1/10th touring car and buggy racing. Offering a high capacity and maximum voltage output the battery is ideal for 13.5T to 27.5T stock racing classes. The hardcase battery sports dimensions of 138.3×46.3×25.2mm and weighs in at only 280g.

Avid D413 hard-anodised aluminium chassis set

Avid have released a first image of their forthcoming aluminium chassis set for the Hot Bodies D413 4WD buggy. The chassis set will feature an updated ballast weight system and an optional floating servo mount as known from the electric touring cars. Unlike the World Championship winning Avid B44.2 aluminium chassis set, the D413 will utilise a rotated front ballast position to add steering compared to the B44.2’s centralised position that will increase stability, hindering steering agility. The mat measures in at around 120x60cm, it is made of durable 3mm PVC which is chemical and water resistant, easy to clean, and it features an AKA graphic in the bottom right hand corner.

Exotek 410 series rear skid plate weight

Exotek 410 series rear skid plate weight-3

New from Exotek Racing comes this rear skid plate weight for the Team Durango DEX410 buggy and DESC410 short course truck. The part adds 24g of weight to the rear of the chassis for added rear traction. The skid plate is designed for minimal drag thanks to its angled shape and countersunk screws that make for minimal dirt pick up. The design allows for direct mounting of the DESC410 rear bumper. The plate comes made from 6061 aluminium, it is black anodised, sports a laser-etched Exotek logo and includes all needed hardware.

Serpent SRX2 alloy suspension inserts & front wing

Serpent have two new option parts for the SRX2 line of off-road vehicles available in the form of 3 degree RR aluminium inserts and a front wing for the Spyder buggy. Starting with the suspension inserts, the parts are made to fit all Spyder kits, they are made from anodised aluminium and come with laser-etched markings. They are available as pairs and are direct replacements for the stock parts with no modifications needed in order to run them. Also new is a front wing for the Spyder SRX2 2WD buggy. The part is a direct fit, made from high quality polycarbonate, it comes clear and offers additional front end grip when needed.

MIP Pucks Bi-Metal drive system for PRS1

MIP’s new Pucks bi-metal R-CVD driveshaft set are now available for the Hobby Pro PRS1 buggy. This new design features a keyed joint made out of hardened alloy steel that connects to 7075 hard anodised aluminium bones. This feature allows to lighten up the drivetrain without sacrificing the durability that steel components offer. The R-CVD design also helps to keep costs low while 7075 hard anodised aluminium outdrives further reduce the rotational mass of the drivetrain.
